We won a gift card for this place at the AF steel days and bad to check it out. Awesome vibe here, very authentic bet York deli feel. Meats and cheeses are sliced fresh every day. They prep deli salads from scratch every day. Chocolate mousse cake is baked fresh right in the kitchen! Tried the urban cowboy at marks suggestion and it slapped. Mark was the best!!

I don’t know what kid is working tonight 12/3/25 but he’s not only doing it alone but he made everything extra good!! Typically employees here don’t cook the meat b4 slapping it on the bread (it’s still good that way) but he cooked the meat wonderful, took out order and was so polite!!! Thanks

Ive been coming here years. Mostly for breakfast. Let me say, its the employees here kicking ass. Doesn’t matter who theyve had, they kick out sandwiches quick. Ive never waited more than 5-10 minutes even at their busiest.
On top of their stuff. Efficient. Process orientated. No fighting whos doing what. Just handling business. Keeps me coming back.
Food is good too. Manorville or a Gandolfo are my jam.

Absolutely love Mark and the crew here. Food is consistently great and service is always friendly. Been eating here for years. I live pretty close to another Gandolfos but I’ll drive past it to go to this one.

**Gandolfo’s American Fork – Needs Better Cleanliness**
Love the huge, tasty sandwiches here—they’re a local favorite for lunch rushes. But as a repeat customer, I was shocked to see a staffer in blue gloves come straight out of the bathroom and dive back into food prep without swapping them out. Super unhygienic; please prioritize glove changes for safety!

First time at Gandolfos and glad it finally happened. The menu, right from the get go, lets you know this isn’t your standard ol’ sandwich shop. The King of Queens with Cole slaw and Russian dressing was delicious. I added a little Guldens Soicy Brown Mustard which I thought popped really well with the flavors.
The service was good, not overly friendly but felt “New York” nice. Timing of my visit worked out great, it was raining and the NY Jets preseason game was on…felt authentic.
I recommend this place for a good sandwich and nice enough seating to enjoy the food.

Been coming to this location for 25ish years, I’m likely only halfway through my patronage of this establishment. Probably the best of the Gandolfo’s in Utah county, so if you like Gandolfo’s, this one is my favorite, if you can’t figure out why you can’t find a great sandwich in Utah it’s likely bc you haven’t been here yet. Breakfast is crew and Upstate, lunch is Whitestone or knuckle for me.

Great breakfast sandwich. Egg, bacon and cheese. Had to wait a while with not many customers there, but looked like some pickup orders maybe were queued up. Will go again. Paired it with Simply Orange (juice).
