They are by far the fastest Dunkin drive thru that I have gone to. No matter how many people are pulling in they get through it quick. Staff is ALWAYS friendly and they keep the place clean. Definitely my favorite Dunkin location!

This was my first time visiting Dunkin’ Donuts location in my neighborhood, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. Since the building was newly opened, I expected great service but that wasn’t the case.
When I walked in, the manager was assisting another customer. I stood patiently behind someone else, but instead of acknowledging me, the manager ignored me, looked around, and walked away. I asked another associate to get the person who had been helping, and to my surprise, it turned out he was actually the manager Michael. When I asked him to return and help me, he did so in a very nonchalant way.
As he I was talking to him about how frustrating was that he left without speaking to me, he asked for my name, which I didn’t feel was necessary, then something that threw me off was that he says he would “take care of me real good.” I ordered a simple large black coffee. While an associate was preparing it, the manager walked over to my coffee with his back turned to me. When I asked why he was doing that, he said it was to “top it off.” At that point, I no longer felt comfortable, so I left the coffee there and walked out without incident.
Overall, my first experience at this Dunkin’ was very poor. As a new store, I expected professionalism, courtesy, and good service, especially from management. Sadly, I didn’t receive any of that, and it left me with no desire to return.

Normally a great experience. I only gave a 3 star rating because I went for hot chocolate and their hot chocolate mechanic was down. Which was sad because that was the reason for our visit that cold night.

The drive-through is ridiculous. You pull into their parking lot because there is no sign before telling you how to get into the Dunkin’ Donuts. You have to go in through the Taco Bell side. This place was horribly designed and they’re going to end up losing like 85% of their business because of how they’re located they’re literally in crime real estate on the corner, but all of this construction around their business and in their parking lot And they’re not being a sign saying drive-through here is crazy

I’m very particular about attention to detail with my food. There is a particular morning manager (young black guy) that always gets my old are absolutely perfect. He even remembers my order when I come up to the microphone in the morning and start to order my drink. He remembers that I get avocado toast with extra bacon.
Not only does he remember my order, but he gets it absolutely perfect, Every time. I’ve been to many other Dunkin’ Donuts, and I never get my order even close to this perfection.
Not to mention that he’s always very Polite at the window.

Miss Tyler the assistant manager is doing an amazing job ! The store was clean, staff was very kind & service was fast/ efficient. I knew I had to write a review when i saw how clean their bathroom was. I was traveling for a trip & stopped in. Never been here. Miss Tyler was very warm & welcoming. Will definity come back everytime I take this trip to the same place ✌️

Ever since the new store opened, the coffees have been terrible. You ask for a flavor and you get none. You ask for sugar, and you get minimal. As much as you charge for a coffee, why be so cheap with the extras? I used to go here everyday, but not anymore. GIVE THE PEOPLE WHAT THEY ASK FOR.
