The first restaurant we ate at in Bluffton a few years ago and one we like to come back to. Great food and nice atmosphere. Previously I had the Shrimp & Grits which was very good. This time I had the crab stuffed flounder which was great as well. My wife got the Chicken & Waffles and thoroughly enjoyed it. Will return.

We sat outside. The weather was perfect. And the band was good.
Even though they were short handed, Sara did a great job checking on us and getting our order out quickly. And food was delicious.

We went on a Sunday evening around 7:30 and was able to get right in (rainy evening too). I enjoyed my drink (Classic bourbon), husband had draft beer, and our son had a soft drink. We ordered fried green tomatoes (delicious). I ordered the Lowcountry Shrimp & Grits (delicious, not the sausage though). I loved the shrimp and grits but the sausage had a strange taste (too smoky? my husband said). My son ordered the Blackened Atlantic Salmon which I tried and it was delicious. My husband ordered the Mahi Mahi Sandwhich which he loved. I gave it 4 stars because of the sausage. Kasey was awesome, in fact I called to make sure of the menu choices and she was very delightful and turned out to be our server. I was able to compliment her in person and told her how I loved how welcoming and nice she was when I called there earlier. Overall we had a great experience so I was surprised to see the bad reviews this evening.

Great atmosphere and very friendly service! This restaurant is location right in the middle of Old Town Bluffton which is a super cool square of restaurants and other businesses. We were warmly greeted when we walked in and our service was impeccable throughout the evening. It was still happy hour so we each ordered drinks and took our time going over the tasty look dinner menu. We both went with the double cheeseburger for dinner and they were cooked perfectly and had really great flavor. They had great sides to choose from to go along with burgers and we ended up with cheesy grits and tavern potatoes. We had such a great experience eating here and can’t wait to come back!

Great food. Great live music. Very busy the day and time we went so we had to wait at the bar for a table. I asked for the salmon to be extra crispy and I think they mixed it up and made my grilled veggies extra crispy (charred actually) but they were still quite delicious anyway! I’ve been here several times in the past few years but hadn’t posted a review yet. Love this place, would recommend. I even got to play a few songs on the drums with the band.

our dinner was good. we were with a friend a she ordered the chicken salad. she told us after that she tasted nothing but cumin. she said it was heavily seasoned and she couldn’t taste anything else. I wish she would of told us while we were at the restaurant so we could have advised our waitress.
we returned for another meal. we had the waffle with pepper jelly and goat cheese. you get 4 pieces of waffle. this was one of the highlights of the meals.
I had the turkey sandwich which is huge. it was tasty. tried the cheese grits. they don’t have a lot of cheese.
my husband had fish over a salad. less expensive to do it this way. he said it was ok.
we took a friend who ordered the stuffed flounder. she was not impressed by the taste.
we ordered the key lime pie on the waiters suggestion. it was ok. he advised the creme burlee is good but I don’t like coffee.
he also said the peach cobbler is only good in season and the molten chocolate cake doesn’t molten.
the food was ok. expected a little better taste for the cost.

The food was good but not great. Presentation was nice but both main dishes were unfortunately overcooked. We sat at the bar to eat and the bartender was pleasant. The drink was delicious. I forget the name but it was one of the specials.
