Disappointed to say this place was a let down. Ordered through uber an m&m blast and brownie blast and all I got was plain vanilla ice cream. They force you to order larger sizes, so we couldn’t get the smalls we wanted, and now we’re sitting here with two medium cups of vanilla ice cream, and to make matters worse, they weren’t even filled to the top.

This was I believe one of the worst take out experiences I have every had. To start, my family and I were in one of the stalls and we placed our order at 1:23 pm and we waited almost 1 hour for our food and still didn’t receive our order. Then we asked if they knew how much longer and the lady we talked to said you still haven’t received your order? I responded with no and that it’s obnoxious to wait an hour for food that is supposed to be “fast”, but when we received our order, the food was cold! Then we all wanted ice cream and got it right away but it was melted! Me and my family were so disappointed and threw away the ice cream. Unbelievable how a restaurant that is labeled as a fast food joint is taking a whole hour.

It was not busy at all in the evening, the service was excellent and the food was good. While we were ordering we had asked for two shakes but the staff member taking our order did not write it down. So our order came out without them, but they quickly corrected it and charged us for the shakes and brought them out immediately. So I recommend to speak slow and clearly when placing your order. But again the staff was nice and the food is as expected

I made a mobile order, when I picked up I had gotten a wrong item. I had order a regular chili cheese coney and I got chili cheese tots. I went up to the drive through and let them know. They came out and checked the receipt , they took back the tots and gave me the coney. When i opened the coney, the presentation is TERRIBLE.

I usually enjoy coming here, as the food and goodies are really good, but tonight I’m extremely disappointed. I ordered food about 10 minutes ago and I got the new BBQ burger with two patties expecting to get a decent amount of pork and unfortunately to my surprise, there was almost no pork on my burger! Not only that but hardly any fries and the drinks we ordered weren’t even filled all the way. I spent about 45 dollars on food that wasn’t even filled all the way and a burger that had very little pork unlike shown. They drowned it in BBQ sauce which is no problem at all but I just wished there was more pork as I expected! I was pretty hungry tonight and expected something different then what I got. I’m quite disappointed. I hope you guys can fill your fries more and fill your burgers more then a small dollop. For 45 bucks this was very disappointing.

I ordered through the mobile app it was supposed to be asap order but once I got there I checked in and waited around 14 min with no signs of no one…after 15 min a young girl asked me if if I had placed an order….I was like ” are you kidding me??? I been waiting for 15 min…she then apologized and we went back to get the order but for sure a crappy experience..
