The night crew and manager on Wednesdays always make our food so hot and fresh. I only come on Wednesday and Thursday nights with my family, and they always have friendly attitudes and make sure my family gets good service. Keep up the good work! I will keep spending my money at this location at night!!! Cant wait to come back with my family!

During the day, the food is fresh and good. But this night manager has crappy, cold, old, food and served it, just the same. Won’t usually do things like this but my order is crap, every time I go at night. Fries were drenched in oil, stuck together and weren’t done. One order was all old crispy fries. The burger tasted old and the bun was half hard. People are tired, spending money and shouldn’t get this kind of food or service. Most of the driveway crew is always really nice but the night manager is obviously not making customers happy. I didn’t even bother going back for dinner. Lunch only.

At night time the male manager hes the more heavy set one is always friendly and helps me out and seems like a peaceful place to work everytime ive came in everyone seems happy and he even when he can carries my family thier food so I didnt have to get it this is some of the best customer service I have recieved he goes above and beyond every time I have came in I will go back to this wendys. He even took my order at

A Male Mangager there at night decided to hipd my card hostage because HIS card machine wouldn’t work. They had ALREADY handed me the food and I was treated with the most disrespect because my card was UNLOCKED and my account was FULL. They have problems with their card machine and usually the younger employees are nice this guy ,he said Johnathan , had gotten agitated and started a whole argument through the window. I just wanted my dinner. I honestly dont understand their hiring process both night managers I encounter have bad attitudes and are rude to the employees,customers AND In front of customers as well. I seen the younger ones get yelled at over the line being out of order. When frankly if someone cuts me off as a customer I nor the employees can control that. All I have to say is night management needs an attitude reajustment there is no reason why I get off of work to come get my frosty or dinner that I should encounter such a bad attitude every night I go for dinner before I get home.

I had the honor of being the first customer in the lobby. I was greeted very kindly by the staff and I was give a free frosty key chain. You have to order at a kiosk but the staff will make your food super fast. They also gave me a free piece of cake from the grand opening, it was delicious.

Normally don’t have much of complaint at this location, some missing fries here and there but easily fixed. Today though half of my chicken sandwich was like chewing rubber. I physically couldn’t bite hard enough into it to eat it. Would have took it back but I was never given a receipt and they slammed the windows in my face to fast for me even to ask for one.

Did a Uber Eats pickup here on September 13th 2021 8:43pm. My experience was it took 30 mins for my Uber order and the cashier was going back and forth from taking orders to making food with bare hands. No washing in between and other staff had gloves. I have Video Proof!!!!! If google lets me post it. Here’s some screen shoots of video.
