This place is outstanding. The Ice Cream was great. This was the first time I have come here since it has become Social.
The team here is so nice and really helpful.

Grabbed a chicken wrap. It was very good, filling, and freshly made (it was still warm). The macaroni and the potatoes are also very good. My daughter wanted me to mention that the workers are VERY nice and she loved her salad with ranch dressing. The ice cream is also very good.

My family recently went to this ice cream place. I will never go back again! They spent maybe a minute dipping out ice cream. I am usually a generous tipper if service is good but decided not to this time. When I paid and they noticed I did not tip she became incredibly sour and rolled her eyes at me as we were leaving! A tip for someone dipping your ice cream is a bonus… Not required!

We enjoyed the half-price special at Social for International Ice Cream Day! Great ice cream, great flavors, and loved the setting on the screened in porch. Definitely worth checking them out if you’re visiting Winona Lake shops!

Very disappointing experience.
After a fun day at the beach, I walked over with my two young kids (ages 4 and 6) to grab some ice cream. We were the only ones in line, but instead of being greeted kindly, I was told—very rudely—that my 4-year-old son had to wait outside because he wasn’t wearing a shirt. He wasn’t allowed to even stand beside me while I ordered or pick out his flavor. It would’ve taken less than a minute to scoop our ice cream, and this felt completely unnecessary and unkind—especially toward a small child. We left feeling unwelcome and disappointed.

Typically we always come here as a family and it is great. The past few time we have came service was awful! TODAY I was in the car with my newborn and called to ask their flavors to see if they had anytime my toddler would enjoy and their response was look on facebook. I told them I had checked and I could not find them and the response was idk what to tell you they are on facebook. It was RUDE and unasked for! THE ATTITUDE was unacceptable. Please remember when people typically call us because they are asking for assistance from you about your establishment! Also no everyone has social media…..

While the ice cream is phenomenal, the food is sub par. This measly “panini” was $12 and included no sides. It was no different than a grilled cheese sand-which with bacon bits on it. Not even real bacon. Super disappointed with the food. ice cream is frequently sold out which is frustrating but it is a fun place to bring the kids.

The ice cream was so good!!!! I’ve never had superman ice cream as good as this! The atmosphere is so nice with people playing yard games, hanging out and live music!
