i’m the type of person that never leaves reviews but seriously is this a joke?? for the past three orders something had to go wrong it’s never on time and they never follow delivery instructions , and one time the order never even came still didn’t get a refund till this day i plased that order almost 2/1 weeks ago i’ve also tried calling the store no answer ever?? and corporate not sending me nothing back no emails no call backs or refund this is daylight robbery! also every time I call they either never answer or when they do I talk for a few seconds and they hang up. I feel like I’m being Pranked or something do better Domino’s!!!!!! never again you’ve lost a loyal customer

When i ordered online the wait time said 1 hour and i was okay with it but after 2 hours later when i checked it still says its gonna take another 3+ hours. What kind of manager runs their store like this. I had to drive myself to the store to cancel my order and get a refund yet the employees in the store didnt even wwnt to talk to me. I also called and was on wait for mlre then 40+ minutes and not one person picked up. WORST WORST service ever.

This is the third time I ordered from this domino’s and it took 1+ hrs for my pizza when the website says 17 minutes. The tracker says “in the oven” Get to the store and they say it’s going to take an hour. We’ve been ordering from this domino’s for years and never had a problem .. the tracker was always accurate. They must have got new management very recently and now their service is trash. I ordered from the dominos in glen Allen and they were great! Guess I’ll have to stick with them.

Tonight was my second try of this location. The first time I ordered here it was for delivery and had to call the store and change it to pick up after an hour. Which can be understandable but tonight I ordered for pick up and after an hours wait, they hadn’t started making it yet.

Good food that was cross contaminated, picked for an hour, tried calling store got no answer. Will never eat here again. Heading to the hospital now, but wanted to warn people as there is no help for the store that made our food. Horrible all around.

Placed our order 5 hours in advance to make sure the pizzas would be ready for our event. Arrived early, just in case. Bottom line is they didn’t even start prepping them until after our scheduled pickup time. The place was not busy at all – there was only one other order on the board.
And, of course, they ran out of ingredients (onions) at 5pm.
This WILL be the last time we come here. Service is beyond terrible!

Sooo disgusted with this dominos ! I receive my delivery order after 40 minutes to discover lil to no sauce on my wings! I called to complain about my wings just for the worker to hang up on me in mid conversation! He was disrespectful, rude and unprofessional. I called back to just get a refund he then processed to hang up again in my ear for the second time. I ended up leaving my hotel and getting the police involved to get my refund. The police officer was very kind, polite and understanding, he was the mediator between the worker and I. The worker wouldn’t give the police officer his name. Which prove he was in the wrong. I ordered two 8- piece wings in total and got a refund back for one order but because this box had 5 wings (due to my son just being hungry and waiting over 40 mins) i wasn’t able to get it remade or a refund. I was also charger for extra sauce that was also taken out of my refund. I DO NOT recommend this dominos with this particular worker, they need to do a better job at customer service for all of us work hard for our money! I feel so disrespected and unappreciated for even considering giving this location my hard earn money. All of this could have been avoided with better customer service! Choose wisely
