I used to always get the Mississippi Flyer Sandwich. I don’t know when they started deep frying it, but regardless, it was very overcooked and dry. I put in an online order that said it would be ready at 8:25. I arrived at 8:15. Upon arrival I was greeted by the hostess. I told her I was just picking up my order and she stated that she didn’t even know it was an option to pick up food. This was really questionable to me. She said she would go check. After waiting for about 10 minutes at the hostess station, another young lady walked up And told me that I would go to the bartender, which is what I normally did before. I went to the bar and I saw the first young lady coming out with food and she said it’ll be a minute. I told the bartender I was picking up food. He found my order of which I guess it doesn’t show him initially that I paid for it. Which wasn’t a problem. I waited for about another 10 minutes. The second young lady that had approached me, walked up and asked him about my order. He gave her the information and she wound up being the one to grab my order. Thank you so much for her. I got home, which is literally two minutes away. My food was cold. The sweet potato fries were flimsy due to the fact of being cold. My sandwich, as I mentioned was very overcooked and had no cheese.Though it was only $15 I’m very disappointed. I did tip the second young lady who did help because it wasn’t her fault. I used to go here a lot. I ordered the wings a lot of the time or this sandwich and had a drink but I probably won’t be returning here.

Great place to hang with friends during the COVID shutdowns. Tables are set up to seat 6 people and are separated from other tables and guests. The staff is extremely friendly and they always wear their masks. The heaters are super warm and the firepits seem to warm the whole area!

Took my grandkids to play games there and I bought a 50 dollar card and almost every game was out of order. Utterly ridiculous. This was the second time I went there and instead of fixing the games from the first time, even more are out of order. Very disappointing. And service on food was very poor. Need to put money back in your business! Or you won’t have one!

Horrible experience. This place is a bar that bleeds blue but would not put the hockey game on a big screen. The service was so horrible that our waitress disappeared for an hour. They were young kids working who were just walking around aimlessly not knowing what they were supposed to be doing. After an hour I had to ask where my chips and guacamole were. Won’t be back there. Very sad because years ago this was the place to go to watch hockey and there were booths that you could sit in and watch the game on the front row. They have since removed those and have a walkway on each aisle of the front seating which means it’s just constant kids running through on each side of you. They have destroyed the bar area and basically cater to the young parents and young children. Not a place to go if you want to have an adult drink on a Sat or Sunday while watching the game. I hate having to write this review. I even put my phone number on the receipt and asked that they have a manager call me b/cI was so upset after my visit. No phone call = no care by mgmt.

My friends and I were refused service because of our age we went there on Thursday for the trivia night which we have done many times in the past, and never had a problem. I’ve done some searching on the website and I haven’t seen anything about having to be 21 to enter the establishment.

Great atmosphere and good service. Melissa is awesome! However, the chipotle chicken melt is not (very soggy) 🙁 the cheese curds and everything else were scrumptious:) the heated patio made created a nice ambiance.

Server was super nice- they need more cooks & bartenders. Food takes 30+ minutes. After ordering drinks from the server, it took so long we were able to walk up to bar and get 2 full rounds before the bartender made our tables actual drinks for the server we originally ordered. Awful. Won’t be going back

So I normally would give this place 5 stars… But tonight we a table of 2 waited 30 minutes to see the waitress who had no idea what beers were on tap and had to return 10 minutes later with a beer menu. We place our food and beer order at the same time. It took 40 minutes for the food, all cold and made wrong to reach our table. Waiting again for good to be corrected and received ghost peppers on the Philly when it was finally brought to the table. I went to the bar myself to get our drinks…. Management offered us half off but we haven’t seen Elly/Ally our waitress in 1.5 hours so I guess I’m not impressed with the service at all and the kitchen needs some better management ASAP. Good luck, we missed our movie….

Always love coming here for a cold draft & good food. Wings are kick ass as always, but I do have to say the Chicken sandwich was disappointing.
Bartendars are always friendly & I’ve never had to wait for a drink. Thanks for all the hard work you guys do
