I ordered a vegetable pizza. It arrived in a timely manner, and the delivery person was cordial. However, the pizza was cold, and the mushrooms were old or overcooked.

Had a really bad carryout experience here. I was made to wait an unreasonable amount of time. I ordered two pizzas, one which was given away to someone else order (which that poor customer will have fun, that one had pineapple on it). The staff was rude and unapologetic, which made the situation even worse. Mistakes happen, but the way this was handled was unacceptable. I asked for a manager and the staff person who gave away my food said it was rude of me to take time away from a manager? Meanwhile I waited over an hour for my pizzas? I’m missing time at home with the kids. The best they did was give me $15 store credit. It’s not a refund and doesn’t cover the value of the pizza I ordered & was given away. I walked out $30 in the hole and one cold pizza and the other totally MIA. I didn’t want wait another hour for a replacement pizza.

I was in the area and noticed a nearby Pizza Hut, so I decided to stop by and order a 6-piece serving of chicken wings with the Garlic Spicy flavor for takeout. The ordering process was quick and efficient, and my order was ready in about 15 minutes, which was perfect for a quick evening snack.
When I got home and dug into the wings, I was really impressed. The chicken wings were cooked to perfection–crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and coated in a zesty garlic spicy sauce that had just the right amount of heat. The balance of flavors was spot on, with the garlic adding a rich, savory element while the spice gave it that extra kick.
It was exactly what we were craving for a tasty snack to round out our evening, and the quality exceeded my expectations for a quick takeout option. Overall, Pizza Hut delivered a satisfying snack, and I’d definitely stop by again for these wings when I’m in the mood for something flavorful and quick.

I hate give a low rating for food service, but this pizza is not edible. We got two large pizzas one veggie lover and other pepperoni and the crust is raw. Like really raw raw. It’s just waste of money and waste of food. Both pizzas needed to be baked at least for ten more minutes. Look at the undercarriage. It’s raw and the pizza for my son’s birthday.

I am only leaving this review because of the manager in charge on Sunday march 8 2026 I don’t know her name but she was extremely rude to me and even sighed at me i said please and thank you multiple times i love the food yes but it’s not worth it cause of that behavior I truly hope someone can do something about it I hope nobody have to face such lady. This isn’t how a manager supposed to be cause her behavior was definitely not worth it for one pizza, I truly feel bad for the staff

Ordered a stuffed crust bbq chicken pizza. Pizza was delivered with a small swirl of bbq and NO CHEESE??? You can literally see the base of the crust between the bbq swirl. Was put on hold for over 10 minutes when I called in to ask about the pizza. Hung up and called back in, was put on hold immediately. Called again and they started to say that I was “breaking up” and made sounds into the phone before putting me back on hold

Normally, we love Pizza Hut. I know it’s two days before Christmas, but what we had delivered to our door for almost $75 was unacceptable. We ordered the pepperoni duo that’s supposed to have 2 different types of pepperoni and stuffed crusts. One of the pizzas only had regular pepperoni. Both pizzas were paper thin and had almost no cheese. It was supposed to be stuffed crust but it was not stuffed! It had a sad thin layer of cheese and was mostly a pocket of air. Overall, an extremely disappointing experience. Sorry Pizza Hut. It was like you didn’t even try.

I explained I was new in the area and my Internet had not been setup! I called to place an order. I asked what the specials were! I was informed to go on the Internet to place my order! They could not give me the special on the phone! The specials were only online!!! I asked for the manager and Kyana who I was talking to said she was the manager! Who knows if that is her real. Name! She was extremely rude and would not help me! I told her she lost a customer she replied oh good that is really great, I don’t care and laughed then hung up on me! I will never order from this place again!!!!!!!! I will tell everyone I know not to order from you!!! Horrible customer service! Un acceptable! I hope the owner looks into this! She should not be a manager! You are loosing customers! So sad!!! There is lot of competition in this area! The way the economy is restaurants can’t afford to loose business! Horrible attitude Horrible customer service!

I’m pretty much done with this establishment. This isn’t the first time my order has been incorrect. I tried to give them an opportunity to prove why they should earn my business but who wants to keep spending money just to not get what you ordered? After multiple delivery fees, tips, gas wasted to go get a refund and money wasted this is frustrating. Basically I ordered a hand tossed pizza because I like the crust. Not sure what’s so hard where they can’t get it right but they longer have my business and I would encourage others to take their money elsewhere.
