The best Indian restaurant in Hereford, both dining in and take away. Delicious food and great service. The restaurant is clean, spacious and gives good atmosphere.
My family loved it when they brought hand-wipes, complimentary ice cream and sweeties. My mum loved Bailey with ice when we asked for the bill. Thank you and well done.

If you are after an authentic Indian supper then avoid this restaurant at all costs… the curry was served sprawled over a plate meaning everything was cold as it was served. The colour of the curries was medicinal. Everything tasted exactly the same, being; disgustingly sweet drenched in coconut cream. The garlic naan had no garlic. Not a hint of spice in any of the dishes. This is by far the worst Indian food, in fact, the worst dinner I have ever had. We were starving and still refused to finish the dishes. A truly disappointing experience. The positive reviews on this establishment must be fake, there is no way people could rate the food 5 stars… and to top it all off, 90£ for dinner for 4… you couldn’t pay me to eat that rubbish again… the fact that they provide complimentary stale lollies, drinks, and ice cream cake at the end of the meal is a dead giveaway that something is truly wrong here.

I’m happy to give this place 5-Stars because the staff were friendly, waiting times were perfectly acceptable for a Friday evening and the food itself was delicious! One of the best Indian food restaurants I’ve been too.
We were not rushed to eat our food, made welcome to stay as long as we liked.

Had an excellent meal here!! the food was absolutely delicious, full of flavour and perfectly cooked. The service was brilliant too, really attentive and friendly, which made the whole experience even better. Great atmosphere, relaxed but lively definitely one of the best places in Hereford for a proper Indian meal! Highly recommend and after the meal they treat you to so many extras it make a you feel special ️

Other than great papadums at the start the curries were the furtherest away from authentic Indian food i have ever tasted (and I eat alot of Indian food).
Served sprawled on dinner plates (and therefore already only luke warm to start with) every curry we ordered tasted exactly the same. A sickly sweet coconut flavoured sauce with absolutely zero spice. The sauce became inedible after 2 mouthfuls from the sickly sweetness.
The complimentary plate of mixed jelly lollies at the end did nothing to improve things.
Unfortunately the worst meal we’ve had since holidaying in the UK from Oz.

Fantastic Indian restaurant we went on reviews and wasn’t disappointed. The meal was great and the service superb, and after the meal we had surprise complimentary drinks sweets and ice cream that they seem to give everyone. The bill was very reasonable to thank you

@Marygold Hereford restaurant tonight with good friends from Newbury. Booked a table last week for 6:30 tonight, we arrived on time and at 7:40 and hour and 10 minutes later we were asked to leave our table as they needed it for another party. So disappointed, found it so rude. Well, won’t be going there again!
