Let me be upfront, I am not a Waffle House fan. This however, was the best experience I have had at anyone! The staff were kind and attentive, the manager was engaging, he was cleaning everything thoroughly, and the food was hot and tasty. I am not sure I am a convert to all Waffle Houses, but I would definitely come back to this one!

The customer service experience was excellent. The food was prepared precisely to our liking, and the waitress made us feel very comfortable. During our conversation, it was suggested that we try white gravy with our breakfast bowl. We followed this suggestion and tried the gravy over our grits, and we were pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was! We will certainly be returning. adding the gravy once again.

Great to see “Gladys” from Weapons has a part time gig as a night waitress here. She said she would be right with me to place a to go order. After 20 minutes of standing there, where she was boxing up food, and refilling water glasses, I asked a kid who came to the register a question, he answered and provided information. I continued to wait for Gladys, and still nothing. I got her attention (with the set up, very hard to miss someone standing there), and she asked if the other guy took my order. I said no he just answered a question. Her attitude was quite short, and curt. I asked her a few questions and her response was hositle. I mean I get it, being in my late 70’s early 80’s, piling on my make up with a Glidden paint brush having to beg for tips would make me bitter and unpleasent too but it was too much for me to take. I complimented the kind kid, and told Gladys that she was horrible. I found a Jack in the Box open and got great service. There is no urgency there, there is only complaining by the staff about each other. Not a welcoming environment for a guest.

The new girl decided to tip herself with my change. Her service was not great and I had to get someone else to refill my cup and bring jelly. I typically have no issues with service or someone taking my money to tip themselves because I love to tip.

This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. Waitress was very rude and it all started when my cup was empty for 10 minutes. After asking 4 times to refill it. Food was made wrong and I asked a simple question and was treated like crap

I ordered a sandwich with two waffles….(To go) I even asked the lady giving me my food specifically for two butters and two syrups. I get home and theirs one waffle and no syrup. Very unprofessional, they have no real number to contact. I paid 23.60 for all that to not even get what I really paid for.

Very sweet kind helpful respectful and a sweet angel. Always has order right and makes sure her customers are handled right. Food is always hot and fresh.

Not a good place to go. Usually in Waffle House you get a nice warming welcome. Well me and my family did not we got plastic silverware and to go cups this is so not the experience we were expecting if I could describe our experience in one word it what be unacceptable.
