I have to say that this is the cleanest subway I have ever been to. My sandwich was well made and exactly to order. While I ate my lunch, I watched the young gentleman employee clean the dining area. I was so impressed with the thoroughness and care he took. It was refreshing to see someone take such pride in their work. Compelled me enough to write a review to say it was noticed.

Wow this was an amazing experience. I’ve been to this location 4 times now and every time these guys have blown it out of the water. This time, I had the pleasure of being served by Lilly. She was very polite, speedy, and made the best sub I have had from this location. I wish I got a picture of the sub but it looked so good, I ate it too quick. Also, she did great on the serving sizes of every part of the sandwich (every other location skimps on the chicken and doesn’t fill the whole sandwich) Definitely going to continue to come to this location whenever I’m in the area!

Made the mistake of ordering on the app. I gave the correct address and their system then listed it as a greenwood address instead. They claimed they couldn’t change it so I could either let it get delivered to someone else or I could cancel it. So I cancelled it and now have to wait 5-7 days for a refund. They also cost the delivery person a nice cash tip. Will not ever order again.

My online order was placed with a 20% discount, but the sandwich was disappointing. They reduced the quantity of tuna and omitted the cheese. It seems like they frequently make mistakes with online orders, which may be intentional to avoid promoting offers. I’m very disappointed.

Absolutely awful experience. None of the workers were properly wearing masks when making my food. We were greeted with “what do you want” and the workers literally seemed mad that customers were in the store. My food sat in the microwave for 2-3 minutes after it was done. The only positive about this store was the young lady working the register was very kind and sweet. The rest of the staff were unpleasant at best.

Teenagers that work there are usually messing around or talking about something completely inappropriate when I walk in, on a regular basis.
If I order through the app to pick up in store my sandwich is not made correctly… I’ve given them 3 chances. It’s never toasted, it never had what I want on it, and once I ordered a 12 inch and got a 6 inch instead. Honestly, the worst subway I’ve ever been too, but unfortunately, the only one close to my house….

Food is good. Location is good. Kim however needs an attitude check. She was rude to her employee and then rolled her eyes at my daughter when she asked for her sandwich to be toasted.
