Ordered an appetizer….fried mushrooms….best I’ve had
Had fish and chips for main course.
Their coleslaw was perfect
You won’t be disappointed
The food was good. Not amazing but like mom used to make. There are plenty of pasta dishes to choose from.
Plenty of parking but this place is also packed most times. There was karaoke going on in the front bar and it was hopping.
It took 20 minutes just to get our initial drinks. The waitress brought some of them, left the table, and didn’t return with the mixed drinks for another 10 minutes. After taking our order, she brought bread and salads — but no silverware. She proceeded to wait on another table, brought them their check, and they left before she ever came back to us. We had to flag down a different waitress just to get silverware so we could eat our salads.
My husband ordered a second drink, which took another 15 minutes to arrive. When our meals finally came out, the issues continued. The prime rib was brought out without a steak knife. We had to ask three separate times before one was finally brought to the table. My daughter’s loaded baked potato was completely forgotten and didn’t arrive until we were finished eating.
As for the food itself — I ordered the broiled seafood platter. The oysters were so overcooked they were chewy, and everything else on the plate tasted like the flounder. Overall, the meal was underwhelming at best.
Between the slow service, forgotten items, and disappointing food quality, this was not the experience we expected and unfortunately we won’t be returning.
