Friendly service, very generous portions. Over $10 only because I was a … They have daily specials under $10, even on Saturday. My first visit, I got a Cheese Rite and a chili dog. The Cheese Rite meat was a little more coarse and drier/less greasy than what I’m used to, but still quite good. You’ll definitely need the spoon they serve with it. The chili dog… OMG! At first I thought $5-ish was a little steep, but not for this all-beef behemoth! The cashier didn’t know, but my guess is the frank was 1/3 lb if not north of that, about 8″ x 1¼”. If you wish to tip the person who brings the order to your table or buses it, bring some cash to leave… you won’t get a chance to add a tip on the charge slip. They deserve it! A well-run operation, one I’ll patronize whenever I happen to be in Oskaloosa.
