Sent my daughter to get food for my wife and I and she ordered 2 burgers, 10 nuggets, a small frosty and a large chili which comes out to around 19$ with tax… when my daughter came home she had 3 times the amount of food… we thought we got someone elses order and when we saw the receipt… we got over charged by Danya and they don’t even have a working phone to get resolved. This is theft from the customer and from the business overall… inexcusable. We will be contacting corporate about this matter.

visited this Wendy’s location today with my children and had one of the most unprofessional and disrespectful experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant.
When I arrived, the manager, Azelea, stated the credit card machine was not working and they were only accepting cash. I calmly agreed and proceeded with my order.
I then attempted to use a valid Wendy’s app coupon, and was told the scanner “wasn’t working.” I politely asked if the $2 discount could be applied manually, which is a common solution at most restaurants. Instead of offering help or basic customer service, the manager refused and then told me she was denying me service entirely.
I was shocked — especially in front of my kids. I was not rude, loud, or argumentative. I simply asked a reasonable question and was met with hostility and refusal.
This felt discriminatory, dismissive, and completely unacceptable. No customer should be treated this way, especially by management.
I am requesting that corporate review this situation, retrain the staff on professionalism and customer service, and address why a paying customer was denied service without cause.
This experience has genuinely made me reconsider ever returning to this location.

The most disrespectful, unorganized, unprofessional and lack of communication in this particular location is beyond me. When asked and acknowledged about an up cost to original opposed to grilled And acknowledged and you still give me grilled and it’s dry is mind boggling. I paid for the up cost and you still gave me horrible service is crazy. Fast food is going to trash on top of your supposed management being rude and inconsiderate is crazy. You had to call a GM to give me a refund on yall downfall is crazy. I was patient but the lack of empathy in the downfall of there mistake made me upset. Do better!!! This is why fast food is losing money and will lose mine as well!! The picture is of the not so smart manager that was not trained properly. Do better !!

This has got to be the absolute worst Wendy’s on the face of the planet!!! Y’all can’t even get a simple order right!!! If I wanted a lettuce burger with bacon, that’s what I should get!!! My double cheese beacon burger had no beacon and bland to the taste!!! All I can say is NEVER, EVER again will I buy from this location!!!

This has to be the worst wendys ever… ive picked up many delivery orders here and they are always wrong/missing something. They dont even bother trying to seal the customers bags or cover the lids. The staff is lazy and the drive thru takes hours. I really wish they would shut the place down or take it off uber eats / doordash cuz the staff here obviously cant be bothered to try an do thier job.

Everytime I order the food ain’t right , taste is TERRIBLE and it all just looks so thrown together. You can obviously tell they don’t care about their jobs ! Ordered a Cobb salad tonight and got some bs in a tray that isn’t anywhere close to the description. My 7 year old loves Wendy’s but everytime we order here is sucks and it’s right by our home . Shame , we won’t shop here again , and the looks of the reviews neither will ALOT of folks.

It’s unfortunate this is the ONLY Wendy’s on 380. Because this location SUCKS. The people that work here can’t take an order correctly, their scanners don’t work and they cant be bothered to at least pretend they care about doing a good job.
Look, I get it. I worked at taco bell when I was 19. It sucked but I never clocked in and did a bad job or was rude.
If you don’t like your job then quit instead of making it everyone else’s problem that you’re miserable. Won’t be returning to this garbage location.

Why do we keep going here? After this post it will be our last. We like Wendy’s but the location in Aubrey off hwy380 is the worst. Order is never right or is missing items if you order for 3 or more people. Hamburgers are made sloppy and this time they didn’t even out a slice of bacon…it was a bit of a strip and no lettuce….I couldn’t believe my eyes. This is no joke. If you like Wendy’s, then just drive a little further to the next location. This location has dissapointed our family too many times, which is such a shame.
