I gotta say I’ve been sleeping on Panda Express. I always put them in a “lesser” category that frankly, they don’t deserve. Kudos to this location always being friendly, efficient and exceptional on portion sizes. I have never, ever gone hungry getting food from the Idaho and Trail location. Even their online orders don’t skimp which speaks volumes to the consistency of the kitchen. Only once have they forgotten a set of egg rolls and I can certainly give a pass the once, since every visit otherwise has been excellent. Their rewards are about on par with other companies. Thanks Panda!

The food was really good and the place was clean – not all pandas are the same and you probably know this if you eat here. Maria was everything you expect in a good manager and it shows with good customer service, cleanliness, and food that hasn’t been sitting around all day. I will eat here again

The last two to three times we have visited the Beijing beef has been like jerky, tough and chewy, I thought ok one time is acceptable but it continues, I should have returned it but we live quite a bit away from the restaurant, I definitely cannot recommend the beef anymore, they have cut too many corners and cheapened it ! It was my favorite, if we visit again I will definitely make another choice and the key word is if !

Wow I’m severely disappointed. I ordered a honey walnut shrimp bowl with white rice. Because I ordered a “premium” item I was charged an additional $1.50, bringing my total for a single bowl to $10.10, 25% of the totality of my bill. So any person with common sense would figure to get your money’s worth, but when I got my bowl n looked I was sure there was a mistake since they were so busy – I waited 15 mins in the drive-thru/parking lot – then proceeded to wait another 20 mins in line to be informed that there wasn’t a mistake and 7 pieces is what you get for the additional $1.50. I’ll never make that mistake again and I strongly recommend you guys take a long hard look at ways to make this acceptable because you’ve deeply shook my confidence in your establishment. Do better it’s hard enough to get by without $10 bowls of white rice

Ordered four 2 item plates and one arrived with no entree. When I called they blamed it on the DoorDash person for “picking up too early” and told us to come pick up the missing item. Funny how that happens on the third plate made but the 4th was fine. The point of delivery is not having to deal with people, and they basically said come in now or come in another time but otherwise too bad. They did give us a refund on the meal, but told us to not expect a refund for about 5 business days. All that and the orange chicken was cooked to a dry crisp anyway. Happy Birthday to me.
