went there tonight and I typically don’t ask for much, but all i asked the worker behind the counter that day was to remake my food because it was cold. Nothing but attitude i got from the woman behind the counter. why is it so hard to just redo it? it’s your job? when i’m paying money for something id like it to be fresh. Definitely not going back to this taco bell. i’ll take the extra 10 minute drive elsewhere.

i was cursed at, threatened, mistreated, and was beyond upset with racist remarks. The cook omar was the one giving these racist comments. I’m questioning how someone that talks to customers is still obligated to work, and the girl manager wouldn’t give me her name, but she looked young and she was beyond nasty. It was on december 26th. I can’t believe everyone in there was filled with so much rage after christmas. I ordered french fries… They were cold to the touch and the bag was flipped upside down. They then proceeded to tell me i do this multiple times and they don’t want todo it. I’m sorry but yes i’ve done this once before because again… my food was cold and a mess. It should never be a problem for me to have the food remade. My whole life i’ve never gotten this treatment at a place of business. something should be done. I have videos of these interactions but it won’t let me post on here. My friends and family will no longer be coming here & i will be posting this interaction online.

Absolutely horrible store, Filthy, Rude, The food is always cold and they never get your order correct. The kid that was on the drive through microphone tonight couldn’t even understand what I was trying to order he was telling me they don’t make things that they actually have on the menu, Then he started trying to tell me what I wanted. So I burned rubber and got out of there.

I usually like the food, but the last time I ordered from there, the taco shells tasted stale and there was hardly any meat in them. The nachos supreme barely had any toppings. I was disappointed. Maybe it was just a bad day. I’ll probably give them another try.

Horrible, waited in line for 15 minutes. I get home, which is, 2 minutes away and the food was cold??? I dont understand what took so long on line to get COLD food. I didn’t mind waiting knowing it would be fresh and hot!! Never again!!

This location is horrible. The absolute worst customer service ever and my orders are ALWAYS wrong. Then they get mad at you when you ask for your correct food like you’re the one who messed it up. Tonight I spent $40 through the drive-thru and they messed up two tacos and never gave me one chicken quesadilla. By now I know to check my food at the window before driving away. I pointed out their mistake and they gave me the missing quesadilla but then they had the audacity to tell me to drive around again (as in get in the back of the drive-thru line) to come back around for my correct 2 tacos! I said why would I do that?? There was like 6 cars behind me. I was here before all of these people and you messed my order up, that’s not my fault. Why would they get serviced before me when I already paid and am waiting??? I told them I wasn’t going to do that so they told me to just pull up and they would run the food out to me. Sat in the parking lot for 10 mins and no one came out so I had to walk inside and get them myself. No apology or anything. Place is trash and their attitudes are even worse.

As a bicycle Doordasher whome mainly works at night, I find it unacceptable for the night manager to deny me doing my job, just because she doesn’t believe bike dashers exist and refuses to ever answer the phone since I can’t go through drive thru on a bike (safety reasons, so I understand that). I even asked a worker who was coming off her break (she’s cool and helped me before) if she could grab the order for me, which she said she would. As I saw her coming with the order, the manager stopped her from giving it to me, which is totally uncalled for. This location really needs to update their policy towards bike dashers who are trying to just make a little extra money at night. If this isn’t the case, they really need to get a manager who isn’t the equivalent of being a racist towards bicycle dashers (bikist?). Of all the fast food establishments here in Forked River, this is the only restaurant that refuses to let me do my job, refuses to answer the phone, and wasted 30 minutes of my life, as well as the customer’s whome I was delivering to

I don’t understand where all the 1-star reviews are coming from. I was in and out of the drive through within 3 minutes. The cashier Samantha was extremely kind and easy to hear through the drive through speaker. The order was fulfilled correctly and tasted good.
This is a fairly new location so there’s going to be a learning process for the employees while they get all the kinks worked out at this location. I saw nothing wrong inside, the floors and countertops were cleaned and everyone seemed to be happy.
The parking lot was cleaned and the flag banners that were hanging from the building looked nice and welcoming.
