Be mindful of the elderly guy with the facemask at the window. I’m assuming he works off commission cause he’ll pressure sell you to buy more food items. He pressured me to buy 3 frosty tags saying that each tag represents a different flavor. The original cost of my order was $14. Somehow I ended up paying $24 when I left. I went to Wendy’s on Donnell Drive in Forestville, MD. The service was horrible. I honestly believe they hate their jobs. The interaction with the staff leaves a lot to be desired. The only pleasant and professionally acting person is the elderly gentleman who takes the drive-through orders. They need a customer service training course ASAP.

I tried the Cobb Salad for the first time. Excellent!! There was lettuce, tomatoes, boiled eggs, bacon, shredded cheese, grilled chicken. I was amazed about the amount of each item in the bowl. Salads at most fast food joints are full of lettuce and skimpy on the other ingredients. I got 2 packets of ranch dressing (more than enough) and a packet of crispy onions I didn’t put them on my salad). I also ordered a sour cream and chives potato, but too full to eat it. Potato was sprinkled with chives. I received a packet of butter along with two packets of sour cream.

This Wendy’s was the best I ever experienced first the guy that worked the window was so pleasent to deal with he gave me a dollar off my order and a large sugar cookie which was good, as for my burgers they were hot and fresh and look like they were made by someone who cared which I appreciate i hope they are treated well because it’s hard to find good customer service they were god.

What is it good to say about this Wendy’s. The drink machine stays broke, the machine to scan for rewards is always broken, they are always out of something. I did love the mgrs attitude because he tries his best to satisfy the customer. The lady that makes burgers do not get them correct. Please look at your order. My burger was made 3 times before correct. No disrespect but she does not read English well. This restaurant needs to be revamped. It is the worst on this side of town. Central Ave much better service and food. They need help with cleanliness. Floors, tables. Counter, etc. GM please check on your business before it gets shut down.
