I had an amazing meal here today and everything was spot on. If you’re looking for authentic Japanese comfort food with generous portions, this is the place to be!
The Highlights:
Spicy Ramen: The broth was incredibly rich and had the perfect level of kick. The chashu was tender, and that soft-boiled egg was cooked to perfection.
Chicken Teriyaki Don: The chicken was glazed beautifully—super juicy and savory. It came with a great balance of rice and toppings.
Salmon Fried Rice: I was blown away by the amount of tobiko (fish roe) on top! It added such a nice crunch and salty pop to the flavorful fried rice.
Takoyaki: A must-order side! Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and loaded with bonito flakes.
Everything was super tasty and I left feeling completely satisfied. Great value for the quality and amount of food you get. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

I’ve been visiting Hokusai since they first opened, and the food has always been delicious. It’s a great spot for families, but also perfect for date nights.

Today I came with my daughter and sister and ordered the pork gyoza and teriyaki chicken—both were excellent. The restaurant is always clean and well kept, which I really appreciate.

The only downside is that the parking can be a bit tight. However, everything else is spectacular. The prices are reasonable, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the quality of the food is consistently great. Highly recommended!

The broth was rich and flavorful without being heavy, and the noodles had that perfect chewy texture that clearly shows they’re made fresh. Me and my wife were on vacation and checked out this place by our hotel and I have never had ramen like this before! The restaurant is modern and up to date with being able to do your own order on a screen and also having tap to pay available. You can also order for collection or delivery too which is amazing to see! The staff were super friendly and helpful and the service was quick too! We ordered two appetisers, two entrees, a beer and a boba which came to about $75 which is a really fair price for the quality that the food is. Everything was perfectly cooked and seasoned with every bite and slurp being perfection! We will definitely be eating here again when we next visit!

The first time was to go …the Second was in house on my birthday and I was hooked. After trying multiple restaurants in Florida, from Fort Lauderdale to Orlando this Location is by far my new favorite. The broth was amazing, The noodles made in house, the appearance of the bowl, everything was perfect and filling. Will definitely make this my new frequent spot. Ps staff was the icing on the cake.
