I had an amazing experience at Waffle House! The food was absolutely top tier — fresh, hot, and cooked perfectly. The cook definitely put his foot in that food because everything was seasoned and prepared just right.
Our waitress, Savannah, was so nice and sweet. She really catered to me and my date, making sure we had everything we needed. She kept our coffee hot, checked on us consistently without being overbearing, and made sure our food came out fresh and in a timely manner.
The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Great service, great food, and great vibes. We’ll definitely be back!

Ashley was a very attentive server. The restaurant was busy but she was on top of her game! Nothing went left unnoticed. She also had a sweet personality. Our order (5 people) was correct and the food was delicious! It hit the spot!

The worst serving experience of my life. A girl with colored hair was our server and messed up everyone’s order at our table. Then after receiving the order finally, my hashbrows were cold and I had to ask the cook to remake them. He was nice. She never check on us once, and we ran out of drinks. I had to get up to find her to get a refill and I found her sitting in the corner doing idk what talking, coughing money, or just sitting. This is unacceptable. I will not be back to that Waffle House again.

Ordered to go online and paid a 20% tip, just for 3 of the meals to be missing the bacon, one missing the biscuit and two orders of hashbrowns burned. Had to spend an extra 45 minutes going back to the location to have it corrected while meals got cold. You can’t even call to get a person on the phone anymore. Poor service, do better Waffle House on Zebulon Rd, especially when people are tipping you well on a to-go order.

STOP RAISING YOUR PRICES!!!!!! There is no reason 1 little bowl of grits should cost more than a 1lbs bag and make an entire pot of grits. $6 for 3 bites of grits is ridiculous

We had the best waitress Micki and the second time we had Mygone. They were awesome. Our cook was Noah and that young man can really cook. Our food presentation was beautiful and was cooked to perfection. Really recommend a visit there and if you Lucky enough to get one I mentioned earlier you will be pleased.

Horrible service by Riley. Order wrong – several times, inattentive, place was dirty. Another couple walked out. Will never be back to this location.
