The food is good but the service and atmosphere is very lacking. It’s always like a mad house in here with very upset customers and employees. I prefer to do delivery here or not eat here at all.

I visited Wingstop located in Wesley Chapel on Bruce B. Downs Blvd on Saturday, February 28th at around 11:00 AM.

Unfortunately, my experience at the register was very disappointing. The African American young lady who took my order was mocking me while I was trying to speak. English is not my first language and I am still learning, so it was very uncomfortable to feel laughed at while placing my order. She also had a very unfriendly attitude.

Additionally, the kitchen staff was extremely loud. There was constant yelling and loud laughing coming from the back, which made the environment feel chaotic and unprofessional.

I want to mention that the food itself was very delicious and well prepared. The quality of the food was great, but the customer service and overall atmosphere need serious improvement.

I hope management looks into this so they know who was working during that shift.

I placed an online order for 25 wings, corn, and fries. When I arrived, the manager told me they were out of fries and refused a partial refund. I was forced to order more wings just so my kids would have enough to eat (since they don’t eat corn), meaning I had to pay Wingstop more money to fix their own shortage. The kicker? As I’m walking out, an employee walks in with a fresh supply of fries. Had the manager been transparent that they were just waiting on a restock, I would have waited. To top it all off, I got home and the extra corn meant to replace the fries wasn’t even in the bag. Terrible communication and even worse execution.

Wings are awesome but what is phenomenal is the service. They are often busy especially on game days but they do their best to get everything right. What stands out to me is that a Door Dasher didn’t drop off half of my order but WingStop themselves sent someone to deliver it so I wasn’t without. That’s good service.

The manager is CLEARLY under intense stress. You feel it when you walk through the door. It was EXTREMELY high volume when I walked in
There was a spill of 2 large drinks from a customer that set him off. Though he completed every transaction with a condescending “thank yoooou”… Snapping your fingers and hands on hips with anxiety isn’t how you treat staff and customers. I felt like I was a bother and felt even worse for the employees he spoke down on and snapped fingers at with an attitude. Definitely a hostile working environment. I’ve been waiting 15 min for 10 wings and their anxiety is giving me anxiety. Ppl are walking in for online orders that’s aretn made and given passive aggressive responses. Why do you need to say “give me a second OK? OK? Ok? ” Three times was unnecessary and rude. I won’t be back. Almost asked for a refund bc the energy was that off. Customers especially should never be treated like nuisance. This guy is a WHOLE princess and drama queen and NO ONE is here for that. Do better. I would like to personally apologize to the girl with the purple hair for his behavior. You didn’t deserve to get treated like that or talk to like that . And over $1.70 for an additional Cooper ranch is atrocious… Give enough for the large amount of wings people order. One cup is hardly sufficient and you guys are overpricing do better. Even took my review from three stars to one because these lemon pepper wings suck… 20 minutes for 10 wings and you not even that knowing that my order is out and me asking for a refund before you realize it’s out is unacceptable and these wings suck. Barely a sprinkle of lemon pepper and cooked a little harder than I like ughhh

I ordered from here a few ago order took forever process if after I order two hours in advance when I received the food it was. Decided to give them another try tonight only to realize my order was wrong had to drive back up there and they act like it’s no big deal. I’m done with this place.

Very poor customer experience. Got there to pick up my order. I thought I was invisible. No one greeted me or said a word to me. Some employees were visibly arguing. A female employee looked like she didn’t want to be there. After about 10 minutes, I finally walked directly up to the counter. The male employee asked me if I was ordering. Nope just here for pickup. Finally got my order and took it home. The wings were mediocre and the fries were very soggy and undercooked. Thankfully I didn’t get sick. I wouldn’t recommend this place whatsoever.

Customer service was good and thorough. Good was great except the fries had too much salt/seasoning. I like a lot of salt but it was too much for me. Like normal I still ate them, just dipped them a little deeper in the ranch sauce. The fries were cooked about right too.

Everytime I order online when I get to the store my food is ready!!!! The staff is always friendly and if I have any needs they will address and solve it immediately. They are always happy and give the best customer service. Today Janiyah, Tierra and Chandler assisted me and they were top tier!!!!

This location is under new management. The new staff is friendly and efficient. The manager was attentive and helped resolve an issue I had with my food. And the biggest thing is they’ve seemed to resolve the wait time issue this location had. We’ll definitely come back and try them again.
