The parmesan stuffed crust wasn’t nearly as cheesy as a regular pizza, check the pics for comparison. The regular pizza is on the red plate, stuffed crust is on the white plate

This is the only Dominoes you should go to. They have great food, listen to any different instruction such as square cut or cook well done. If they do mess up, they are sooooo accomidating too fix it right!!!! Love them and thank you guys today I don’t blame you for making me a medium when I clearly ordered a large. Have ordered pizza a number of times. The atmosphere is nice, the service is Ok, but the food leaves much to be desired . The only reason I order is because Pizza Hut no longer delivers to my address & I dont feel like driving the 10 mins to the nearest Pizza Hut. The pizza I’ve ordered at Dominos have no appetizing appeal at all. Looks like vegs are just thrown on. They’re dried out, tasteless & both meat & vegs are soo scarce, you hardly know you’ve got them. Their handmade Crust is an insult! Fit for the garbage. They need to get it together! I’ve done both Take out & Delivery. Delivery drivers are very courteous.

Got there 10 minutes after ready time, waited another 25 minutes for my pizzas, and it’s not like it was dinner rush, it was 132, and and cheese and pepperoni pizzas. I get during rush times. But pixxas haven’t gotten harder to make or longer to cook. Bring back the noid and make short wait times the standard. Hell Domino’s used to have to look at a big map on the wall and still made all deliveries in less than a half hour. Do better

Second time in the last 4 months that the app has processed my order wrong, and at least third time that my order was marked ready before it was, resulting in a long wait.

So honestly, I don’t even know how they pulled this off, but it’s actually pretty impressive but not in a good way.
I ordered a week ago for a set of eight pizzas basically for my Halloween party today. I physically came in there the first time put my card on file for pick up (no issues or anything/confirmed the order)
Ended up having some people cancel so I called Wednesday (two days prior) and told them to make it six Pizzas instead.
I was told when they void the order out I have to do a brand new one. You can’t adjust it so I physically went there again to put the order in, as I got there this girl put the order in, but didn’t ask for my card information. I honestly didn’t think much of it because I figured they had my information on hand. It shouldn’t be that hard to cross reference. Oh boy was I wrong.
Not only when I showed up, no one greeted me so I had to walk up to the counter and ask for some help to find out they never even put the new order in for me in the first place! So I had to find another place for this size of an order on a Friday night on Halloween.
Like I said, it’s pretty impressive. How you have someone coming to your store TWICE. Get their information physically TWICE, tell them you’re having it on order and it’s good to go just for them to show up and say you don’t have their order and say “im sorry good luck” and that you’re 100+ orders deep and you won’t be able to take care of them.
Trust me, find somewhere else to spend your money. Maybe little Caesars Five minutes down the road. They were able to take care of me tonight and we’re just as busy in their store when I showed up.
The customer service and how they approached the situation was completely night and day!

I ordered a Hawaiian with mushroom pizza and there was no ham on it. I also ordered a garden salad but got a Ceasars. I hadn’t noticed the lack of ham yet but I did notice the wrong salad. I was in the drive thru so I honked my horn to get their attention. Despite the guy walking by the window literally three times, I was completely ignored despite blaring my horn for about five minutes. When I went inside, he was incredibly rude and condescending. He even flashed me a mocking smile and wished me a good day– dripping in sarcasm. I know that accidents happen but being a jerk is unnecessary.

i ordered from here because it’s the closest to where i live but they completely messed up my order. my family didn’t get to eat the food i paid over $50 for and then i tried to call and i was on hold for 15 minutes and then it hung up and i tried again and waited another 10 minutes. never ordering here again
