The food is always decent, and my orders are made accurately. The staff however, is some of the rudest most incompetent staff I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. No matter who you get at the drive-thru window, they always sound pissed off, will give you attitude and are incredibly unhelpful.

Food is always on point. I have ordered deliver from them 15 times. Both via the Taco Bell and DoorDash. 13 out of 15 times they’ve forgot to pack the sauces. My fellow Taco Bell enthusiasts know that this is a huge deal. Can you just please pack the sauces?

Ordered with the app today Feb 5. My order included 2 burrito supremes, 2 crispy melt tacos, 2 chicken chipotle grilled burritos, 1 chicken power bowl, 1 soft taco and 1 hard taco. Got home to find-
1. Burrito supremes had no tomatoes, no sour cream.
2. Crispy melt tacos had no tomatoes, no sour cream and very little lettuce.
3. Chicken chipotle grilled burritos had no advocado sauce, very little cheese, one wasn’t grilled, and one was ordered with rice added but it wasn’t added.
4. Chicken power bowl had no advocado sauce, no tomatoes, no cheese, no sour cream and 4 pieces of chicken.
5. Soft taco – originally took it vack in due to no sourcream or tomatoes, got a replacement and got to the car and realized that it wasn’t right. Took it back in because the shell was hard, turns out it wasn’t even in a soft taco shell.

The food 20% of the time has textures that shouldn’t be in a soft wrap. As well as the service being terrible. They also dont follow the hours that are displayed. Closing earlier than allowed. Overall a horribly ran establishment.

Ordered from this store today and was extremely disappointed. Normally the food from this taco bell is completely acceptable, but sadly not the case today. Order was wrong, items requested to be off were on, items paid extra for were not on. Crunchwrap was basically empty and tasted what I imagine cardboard to taste like. Taco supreme was not edible. Not even sure that was beef on there, but some other strange substance. Do not go here on Sundays I guess?

Good portion sizes and the food was hot and fresh. Restaurant could’ve been a little cleaner … tables wiped, floors swept etc. … but otherwise comfortable enough.
But if a mixup on one part of the order but it technically worked out as an “upgrade” so can’t complain. Just make sure you verify any customized orders before leaving the store

The Night manager ( Tall African Male) is very rude. It’s sad how these young men behave . One , you’re a manager and you’re in jeans falling down and you’re extremely rude . This is leadership ? Sad !!!

This place has been on an upward trajectory for a while now, probably staring when I first posted a positive review. Here’s an update.
Straight up the best Taco Bell I’ve been to in the past couple of years. It’s a bit dated inside but the staff is constantly quick and correct with food prep. On top of that the employees are friendly and polite. Clean bathroom as well. What more do you want?
Look it’s a taco bell, but it’s a good one. It’s fast, correct and the price is right. Can’t call that anything but fair.

The young girl Mina/nina young Hispanic girl with braces and glasses who’s normally at the drive through window. Gives me the worst ever service!! I come here 2-3 times a week and when I’m there and there’s other employees in the window everything is respectful and smooth and easy! I don’t care for writing reviews at places but this young lady makes my experience at this location horrible!! The interaction with her through the mic and coming to the window she is rude , condescending & hates her job clearly. she needs to be talked to and I’m African American, feels like she is prejudice towards me everytime I visit and she also rolls her eyes when she sees me everytime.
