We ate at Vpho in Bedford, Indiana, and overall it was a great experience with really solid food. My wife ordered the Bún bò Huế, and it delivered exactly what you want from that dish—deep, spicy broth with tons of flavor and a nice kick without being overwhelming. The steak, flank, and brisket were tender and paired well with the noodles and herbs. You could tell the broth had been simmered properly and wasn’t rushed.
I had the Phở đặc biệt with steak, flank, brisket, and meatballs. The broth was rich, aromatic, and comforting, and the meat that was there tasted fresh and well-prepared. The meatballs were especially good and added a nice texture. We also shared the egg rolls, which were crispy on the outside, hot and flavorful inside, and came out perfectly cooked—not greasy at all.
The only reason this isn’t a full 5 stars is the portion of meat in the phở. For a “special” phở, I was expecting a bit more protein. The quality was there, just not quite the quantity. That said, everything else was on point, and we’d absolutely come back. If the meat portions were slightly more generous, this place would be an easy 5 stars.

Can’t say enough good things about this place. The service was fast and friendly. Wheelchair accessible entrance. Food was amazing and you’ve got to try the Vietnamese Coffee! So good! ☕☕☕

Extremely impressed with the food at this cute little spot! I was anxiously awaiting the opening of VPho and it did not disappoint. Today was my second visit, but the first time I was able to try the Pho and wow. Absolutely delicious. It was my first time trying Pho in general and it is now a favorite.
If you’ve been thinking about trying it out, please do come and support them! The best order: Egg Rolls, Pho Tai Steak Filet, and wrap up with a brown sugar boba! I also had the fried pork and fried rice and it was incredible, too!

The restaurant is clean and beautiful, and the staff pleasant and just the right amount of attentive. I ordered the shrimp spring rolls, thai tea, and the spicy noodle pho. It was all great!! It’s been a long time since I’ve had pho and thai iced tea, it was perfect, especially on a cold day like like today. I will be back, thank you Vpho!

DELICIOUS!!!! Vermicelli Chicken is so good! Had black tea & egg rolls to that were All very fresh & wonderful! Food Allergies: vermicelli is naturally gluten-free 🙂 Note: they do put peanuts so ask for no nuts if you have an allergy. Beautiful atmosphere to! Nice for a date night!

Incredible! If you want amazing, authentic Pho, this is the place for you! I am from Mississippi, so we do not have many authentic Vietnamese restaurants, and thankfully I found this place while in town! If I lived here, I would come here all the time haha

Amazing pho and great staff!! The egg rolls were amazing! I usually do a chicken pho and cant lie, was a little let down at first when I saw they didnt have chicken. I instead tried the filet pho and was super surprised at how much I loved it as well! The wife got the filet pho as well and also loved every bite! All around great experience and cant wait to go back!

A tasty bowl of pho. It was unexpected to find such a good pho place here. The staff was friendly and attentive. The dining area looks nice, but we had take out. Not a bad value for this quality of food.
