I’ve had better pizza, especially for the price. I ordered delivering on the app. They forgot our 2 liter. The driver took off so quick I couldn’t say anything to him. They’re supposed to sending out another soda but I’ve yet to get it. I want my tip back. Delivery services sucks.

This one star comes because of years of bad service and I am sick of paying money for food to show up nasty, missing items or just no order showing up at all! Just ordered two chicken Alfredo pasta dishes and two orders of garlic bread twist. The chicken Alfredo is basically you paying for a baby size helping. In pic one of Alfredo you can see the bottom of pan all throughout the pan before touching the food, pic two of Alfredo you see bacon. I had bits of bacon throughout Alfredo. Only 3 pieces of chicken total throughout pan! What exactly am I paying for? The last pic is instead of the garlic bread twist that I ordered I was sent dessert! Cinnamon bread twist! Dealing with Domino’s has been nothing but placing orders and 90% of the time we get half the order or missing our pops each time, no dipping sauces that WE PAYED FOR! Ordered salads that we had to toss one night because they arrived with no dressing. The orders are ALWAYS incorrect or missing something or the food is plain disgusting, sloppy or burnt! We’ve had several dessert items, lava cake, cookie brownies show up completely burnt and not able to be eaten! Your staff knows better than to send that out of the door! No excuses!

Dominoes really missed the mark last night! The pizza pictured was supposed to be their new chicken taco pizza. There was nothing “taco” or “chicken” about this pizza. You can see maybe 6 chicken pieces on it; some slices had no chicken at all. I requested them not to cut the pizza- an option on the ordering screen so not unusual- but they went ahead and cut it. The sandwich was supposed to be a philly cheesesteak, it was burnt on one side, and barely had any meat or veggies on it. There were bare spots on the unburned side. Then they kept sending me surveys to complete. I completed 2 surveys and never received any communication from either corporate or the local outlet. Usually I have a decent experience with Dominos. Not this time! Very disappointed.

A restaurant is supposed to be a place of hospitality. The staff here act like customers aren’t worth acknowledging and that their presence is barely tolerated. My most recent experience here left me feeling disrespected and violated—I wasn’t even spoken to when I picked up my order and completed my transaction. With the staff refusing to engage with me at even the most basic level, it turns what is supposed to be a happy social exchange into something cold and mechanical.
I have always really loved Dominos and I think the food is good, but this type of service is just unacceptable, hurtful and needs to be corrected.

I been a customer shopping here under the same account for almost 10 years. I’m starting to not be a fan of this location . They are very unprofessional and my food is always burnt and dry. My last past visits they gave me Parmesan bread bites instead of my cinnamon twist.. When I call to complain derrick or derran told me “I should’ve ordered the pizza lighter “ when they burnt my pizza. (Like I didn’t know there was requirements on a PIZZA) but Derrick was very rude and unreasonable! The pizza feels like a crinkled up toaster strudel . I’m dissatisfied they hung up on me mid convo while my daughter was choking on this food! This is very unprofessional. This shows me this store does not care about quality and making sure their customer is happy. I’m going to take my business to little caesar’s instead!
