The food in this picture looks great. However it’s not what was ordered. My mother in law ordered grilled chicken in Spanish to a woman who knew Spanish. We left the establishment to find out it was fried chicken which my mother in law can’t have. We went back and explained to the young woman working the truck if she could replace it with the grilled chicken that was listed on the menu both in Spanish and English. The woman’s tone changed significantly towards my mother in law and immediately stated she will not give her any money back. We told her we weren’t interested in a refund. We let her know we just wanted what we ordered off the menu. Then the woman continued to argue that that was grilled chicken. I tried to explain the situation to the young lady in English and she angrily told me she doesn’t speak English. So I repeated to her in Spanish we didn’t want a refund at all and if was possible to get anything off the menu that wasn’t fried. She began to raise her voice and stated she was the owner and won’t be giving us the money back or replacing the meal because they don’t give out free food even tho we came back with the food untouched and kindly asked for either grilled chicken or replaced with something else. At this point the situation escalated and as I was walking away the lady flicked me off. Again the food looks amazing but the whole experience was horrible.
