The Lady GM Is Very Rude and Not an understanding person she’s quick to feel the customer lying or the food is not at the customer satisfaction! Her Assistant Manager now’s he’s a great guy and understand a lil than the GM. I Just Order The day before yesterday Buffalo well done with extra ranch and a medium pizza & my pizza was missing topping it tasted good but it wasn’t what I order the wings I was totally disappointed because they barley had Buffalo sauce on it and wasn’t cook well done! I called the store trying to make things right even offered that they can come get the pizza and wings and remake it the GM lady manager got smart said hung up in my face

I’ve gone to this location several times and the only time ive had a half decent experience was when I went super late, like just before close. Every other time has been, well… awful.
I ordered through the Dominos app tonight for pick up (drive-thru window) and was estimated to be ready in 13 minutes. I knew that couldn’t be right at 6:00 on a Friday night so I waited a while before leaving the house. I got there about 20 minutes after I ordered (which would be 7 minutes after my estimated pick up time) and the order hadn’t even been started. I waited for around 20 more minutes in the parking lot. I didnt even bother getting in the drive-thru line because it hadn’t moved the entire time I’d been there and I knew from experience at this location that they wouldn’t move for at least half an hour. Eventually it said my order was ready in the app so I went inside. There were people inside who’d been waiting since I drive up to the store. One woman said she’d waited over 20 minutes in the drive-thru and had waited about 10 minutes inside (plus the 20 minutes since she’d ordered). My food was ready thankfully.
It’s also pretty difficult to get anyone’s attention in the store, and all but impossible in the drive-thru.
For subpar pizza, definitely not worth the hassle.

Horrific service. customer service is non-existent and they could care less. They’ll tell you your order is coming out in 4 minutes, then have you waiting at the carry-out window for 15 more minutes without so much as coming to acknowledge there’s a delay. Then when you finally realize no one is coming back, they look you straight in the face with dead eyes when you come inside to ask what the hold up is. No apology, no explanation… nothing. And the food still isn’t ready! It’s quite unbelievable to believe you can run a business like that with no consequences, but apparently that’s what they believe… and maybe they’re right.

I placed an order using the app, paid for it obviously. Got the Dom confirmation and it immediately got cancelled. When I called the store less than a minute after to ask about it. I was told they called me three times. And they are out of items to make my order. No effort to try to fix the issue. Just told me I have to wait 2-3 days for my money back.

The food is pretty good.
The part that makes me want to give it a five star is it’s a real pizzeria.
There’s a viewing window so the kids can watch the dough being stretched and the pizza being made.
You could sit at nice red booths. Spacious.
The restaurant appears to be clean The bathrooms Could use a professional service.
I personally don’t want my pizza maker cleaning the bathroom anyways
The parking lot is ample and the location is great.
Overall it’s a five star because I enjoyed myself.

I wish I knew the name of the delivery driver so I could credit him fully! He’s an older gentleman and let me tell you! He is the reason I always order domino’s. Talk about customer service, I order quite a bit in the summer(kids love pizza) and he always ask how I am, is always a super friendly guy. He is a gem! Also the pizza is good ❤️

Every time I order in the evening times, the pizzas (no matter what crust) are not good. The toppings look like they have been dumped in the middle (which causes the middle to be under cooked) or do not have enough on the toppings on them. The pizza’s are never cut completely through ( I have to use a knife to cut through them). When I order in the day time, you can tell they make them the way they are supposed to be made and they taste great. My last order one of my pizza’s had be dropped (all the toppings and cheese were on the top of the box). I always ask for my chicken wings to be ran through extra ( when Tom was there, they were always ran through extra), they never are. One thing I can say is that they will make right with orders that are not correct. They need better training because if you replace or give me a credit, if the corrected order is not good, no one is going to keep wasting money on food that is not worth it.

This location has went downhill, food wise it’s pretty good, but the service is absolutely garbage. Had an issue with a delivery tonight and finally got someone on the phone after 15 min wait, was told is was being corrected and now over an hour later and multiple attempts to contact the store I still don’t have part of my order that was missing from my delivery.
