This is the best DD I’ve ever gone to. The store is clean. The parking lot is in decent shape for Nassau. The staff is very nice and attentive. The donuts seem to be more fresh. I drive all over Long Island and I don’t usually go to DD for a few different reasons. I’ll be returning to this spot on a regular basis if my job brings me around here.

Came here bc my coworker said the donuts here are always super fresh and indeed they always are! Service is friendly and fast and you can tell the owner actually cares and puts in the work when it’s needed. Honestly worth going out of your way to go to this dunkin instead of any other. This quality is head and shoulders above other ones.

Narrow, crowded parking area in front. Additional parking in rear with a rear entrance. Very crowded store, but with good reason: quick, professional, friendly service. Hot coffee. Fresh food. Enough employees to handle the crowd. I was in a rush but did not feel rushed by the help; they were friendly and helpful. Good location.

Well I liked this newly reopened location and would’ve written a glowing review about it, except for my last 2 visits. I dunno if the man didn’t hear me or deliberately decided to have an iced coffee w milk and some caramel pumps instead of an iced caramel latte made for me, but it lacked taste and wasn’t sweet. I had to ask the grouchy young lady with glasses to “make it sweet,” I ordered an iced caramel latte and this definitely isn’t one, so add some caramel pumps in there or something to make this sweet enough. It tastes bitter right now. It was so close to my work time, around 2:45 pm on a weekday, and instead of happily going in an out, I got delayed having to ask this unfriendly person to make my non-caramel latte sweet enough.

This time, I came after 11, it takes a few minutes to walk from the children’s hospital where we punch out at 11 pm. For this location that’s supposed to be “OPEN 24 HOURS,” it’s actually closed promptly at 11 pm and locked to the public except for the little window out front, which nobody comes to seeing a person in uniform scrubs standing outside of, it’s a shame. The attendant, a man with glasses is curt and again, not really friendly and I just lost my appetite and changed my mind. Told him so, turned around and walked across to my bus stop. So, false advertising. Meanwhile, a man was happily chowing away inside. I wouldn’t have wanted to sit, just to order a small drink for the road.

I hope they improve their service and make it more friendly, I know people can be rude and demanding, but not nearly everyone is, and it’s a shame believing that this would have been a nice place to have right near the hospital where we toil and work second shift every day.

The coffee was good.. the usual Dunkin taste. But the Blueberry muffin was weird. It was a bit gooey and cold. Seemed stale to me.

Have been going to this location since I was a kid. Before and after the new renovation, this place still sucks everytime. Today I decided I’m not giving this place the benefit of the doubt, I won’t be going here anymore. Been waiting for it to get better but gets worse. The lattes we got were the color of milk. The environment was chaotic for the evening time, and I witnessed a young cashier raising her voice at a customer. The guy who took my order looked depressed and looks like he hates his job. You can just tell by the employees’ attitudes that they are just there to get paid and not giving actual value to the customer. Idk what the management here is doing but clearly not a good job

The coffee they made was horrible. That i asked them to fixed it. They claim they did. Which they didn’t. Tasted the same. They need to work on the way they make there drinks. I’ve had coffee other locations never tasted bad like this one. Plus they charged more then other places

I ordered via the app and was charged twice. But the order never went through their system. But the folks here were so nice and they resolved my issue. They made sure to give me my order and it was good.

I ordered a large Shaken expreso and asked if they can put less ice. They agreed and only fill half way through. Not even exaggerating, I know they would give less coffee if you ask less ice, but who would’ve thought they only fill half way through. When I confront her, she said I asked for less ice, which is still a lot of ice. This is the worst Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been to. I will not go back to this location.

When using app to order from this location, they add an additional $1.20 for any sandwich or wrap with an egg on it (as if you’re adding an additional egg).

I’ve emailed customer service, who told me it was out of their hands, as its a franchise, and the manager must correct it on site. I told them in person no less than 4 times, 1 employee who couldn’t be bothered, another who said she’d pass it on the manager, and I told the manager himself twice. He fixed the pricing on only one sandwich, but not the rest. He seemed concerned, apologetic, and thankful i noticed and alerted him, but i suppose not concerned enough to make sure it was corrected.

It’s been this way over 6 months now. It even charges you the extra $1.20 when using rewards points for a sandwich that’s supposed to be free, and with using an in-app offer to get a free sandwich. Imagine how many unsuspecting customers are paying the extra $1.20 per sandwich or wrap each time they order on the app, not realizing the extra charge.

Sure, you can order in person without the app, but sometimes the lines are long here and using app saves time, and also some of the offers are app exclusive. So far, my 5 attempts to let them know have fallen on deaf ears or blind eyes. Perhaps this 6th attempt to have them rectify it will be the charm!
