I went to popeyes tonight and ordered a 8pc combo meal. I specifically asked for 2 of those chicken legs to be regular and for the remaining chicken pieces to be SPICY. They didn’t put any spicy chicken in the box. I knew they wouldn’t, but I just took the food home anyway. They NEVER get the order right, but I just don’t want to make a big deal out of it because I used to work fast food too. But even I was held to high standards to get the order right everytime, so why shouldn’t other restaurants? Anyway, the food is great, but the service workers just don’t care to listen and follow instructions. They just don’t care, and I’m dissapointed in that Fortunately, this is only rare for me because I usually cook at home, so I won’t be going out again in a loong time..

i ordered 2 plain chicken sandwiches, a sweet tea, mac and cheese and a biscuit. not to difficult, i mean i think it’s fairly easy. nope. not with the group that works at this location now. instead of my mac and cheese, i got two containers of potatoes and gravy. instead of my sweet tea, i was given coke. they didn’t discuss anything with me. at all. so it wasn’t until i got home, exhausted from work and ready to eat that i realize 40% of what i ordered is missing and replaced with stuff i didnt want. i’m not sure what their deal is, maybe management is soft, who knows. but this has happened multiple times.

Ordered a simple chicken sandwich (no combo) and kids boneless meal with fries. Was asked to pull up. 5 other cars were served before me. Yet I was served cold food. Sandwhich was cold, looked like the food and my daughter’s nuggets were dirty. Didn’t even get fries, but mac and cheese with her order. And the tea was sour. Waste of my time and money. & I was nothing but patient and polite.

This is literally the worst popeyes ever dude. First time I went, my chicken sandwich combo took 45 minutes. Second time, they didn’t have any and I had to refund my order on the app. Third time, they PUT THE CHICKEN WINGS IN THE BAG NO BOX OR ANYTHING. Like omg it started dripping and everything. NEVER GO HERE.

Cory was very helpful. I had a wait but that was because of my order. I ordered blackened strips which were delicious. I requested the blackened ranch dressing which I highly recommend. Cory checked to make sure I had the sauce .

This store needs to be remodeled. I don’t look clean or sanitary I’m actually a Dasher and I go in and pick up food for doordash from the way to store looks from the bathroom to the back of the house I will never eat there most of the employees hair don’t even be combed
