This location is good if you use the drive thru. They emphasize on the drive thru if you use the counter spect the wait. Food is good, main areas even though they look clean but floors need a deep clean as well as the bathroom. Manager has the employees on their feet keeps the very busy but needs to have someone in the counter.

I’m not one to complain about service but I couldn’t take this one. This was the worst meal I ever have gotten!!! I ordered the surf and terf meal. I received 3 small old shrimp and literally 2 raw chicken tenders. My wife’s ordered the 8 piece nugget meal with mashed potatoes and gravy. The nuggets were old and dried up and the mashed potatoes had old nasty clumps like it was scraped off the bottom of the pot. Then I bought my mother a three piece wing meal the wings were all old hard and dried out. I will never order from this establishment again.

Literally the best Popeyes in Mobile! I’ve been to all the other locations in Mobile and this location never let’s me down. The other locations in Mobile lack hospitality, and never want to cook anything, or everything is dry. The Saraland location is the best location I’ve been to. I will drive past the one close to me just to go to this one. Fr, give these employees all the praise for being a great team, and making fresh food every time without complaining

I have been waiting one hour for 3 meals. Well, tbh in 4 minutes it will be 1 hour. The kitchen is full of smoke, and people keep coming in and complaining bc they keep taking new orders before they finish existing orders. They should stop taking orders until they get out of the weeds. The manager has seen me standing here for 45 minutes, I asked “maybe we should just do a refund?” And manager says “oh you are waiting for chicken?” no I thought this was where I cash in my lotto ticket. yes, I’m in a Popeyes for my chicken order. ♀️ picture of smoke, and pic of receipts and time stamp on my phone – I’m not lying! One hour wait! Incompetent manager and staff.

The food is good but it would be better if I got what I ordered… I ordered regular with bacon and cheese #3 here, and they gave a #2 ghost pepper sandwich with cheese and no bacon. I also ordered a 2 piece of the strawberry pies but they gave me 2 apple pies. The 2 piece was suppose to be $2.99 where one only is $1.99 and they charged me for two single pies instead of the 2 pack price. Was a guy on the speaker but I didn’t see any guy when I pulled up, so I don’t know if that’s a remote worker and there is some disconnect or if he has in back somewhere. Y’all need to get better about putting the right thing into the system in the right way. The lady was nice and pleasant, but you don’t know you have the wrong stuff till you get home. The pies were marked with an S so that is someone else’s mistake I think.

People working should be fired. We arrived at this place at 3:40 pm and there was no one at the front a guy taking the drive-through orders and one sitting out. After waiting for a few minutes I asked help from the guy outside, he stood up in slow motion and went inside as some other female worker was coming in. She came and passed right in front of us without even saying a word, I guess afraid that we’d asked her for help. I called the guy again looked at him and asked him “So what” and then he started taking our order. Long story short don’t waste your time here unless you really want chicken and go through drive-thru only.
