a participating store would not honor their current nationwide promo BOGO1 they would not take my payment online and when I took a coupon down it was only for their garbage build your own sub. Other local subways honor everything. Second time I got SCREWED in a year. Placed an order online and payed only to get there and the store was closed at 4:30 in the afternoon. Had to eat that $14. That owner is garbage. wish I could give 0 stars

Went in for two wraps. He said he only had one wrap left. So I said just put the #33 on Italian bread. When I got home the bread was stale at least 2-3 days old. It was very chewy I had to discard the bread. My husband said his wrap was good. It looks to like subway has not changed. They just spend their money on advertising

She sighs, acts as if it’s an inconvenience that I places an order. As She slowly makes my order, she says, “you think I’m rude huh” then she continues to complain about her coworkers and how they never do their job. That was her poor excuse for her bad customer service. I have been comomg.to.this Subway for over 10 years.
Think I’ll be switching locations from now on. I’m appalled by how nasty and rude she was.

Placed an order online for pickup. Arrived a few minutes early, so waited in the card until my order was marked Ready. Went inside to retrieve order. 2 customers ahead of me in line. I get to the counter and the guy hadn’t even started my order! Highly unsatisfied. Don’t mark it ready for pickup when you haven’t even started the order yet!

I only go here now when I have the BOGO coupon. I understand with inflation and all but Geez!! The prices here are just not worth it. Especially with the little bit of meat they put on your sandwich. I mean, $25 for 2 rotisserie chicken foot-longs?! And the new pretzel is tasteless as well as churro which you can hardly bite into. And while most other Subways charge $2 and $3 for the churro and pretzel, this place adds 75 cents to each item. If you want a good hoagie, go-to nearby Frichs instead. Same price but much better quality.

This subway is straight trash. My sub was garbage and the bread was doughy. Last time I came the tomatoes weren’t eve close to ripe and there was hair in your cucumbers. Good thing I had coupons or I would’ve gone back and snapped out.

Website states store closes at 9:30, sign on door states store closes at 9:30, but when I pulled up to order at 8:48 the employee came over and locked the door and ignored me. Drove out of my way to pick up dinner here, I will not return.

Ordered at 330pm through the app. Arrived and there is one person working. I had to leave because I had somewhere to be at 4. Told the one person working that I would be back at 5 to pick it up. Walk in at 5 and order is not even started. The owner of this place should be ashamed of their self to only have one person working.
