If there were an option to give zero stars, I would! This is my most horrible experience with this store while waiting for my drinks! They are not organized when fulfilling orders, they don’t ask for your name, and I have to go looking for my drinks because they don’t follow any system when handing them out.

The atmosphere seems nice but the service is very slow. It took me about a hour for me to get one drink through the drive through and I thought that it was only the drive through that was slow but I ordered inside and it took just as long if not longer. There are plenty of worker on shift to get drinks out to customers but they choose to be slow and distracted.

A pale skinned woman with glasses was working yesterday and she overcharged $16 and when I told her she gave me a nasty look, refunded me, and then charged me $12 again for a venti drink like seriously bruh what the hell is wrong with you, I didn’t keep arguing because I had more important things to do but if you’re gonna walk around pissed off at life that’s your problem, learn to separate your personal crap from your job and if you don’t wanna work then don’t show up because you’re ruining other people’s day, I’m done with this place, I’ve had way too many problems here and today was the last damn time I let it slide

What kind of operation are you people running?
Your business is one of customer service your jobs depend on customers being happy with their experience at the establishment you work at.
I ordered 2 impossible breakfast sandwiches via Uber eats and the employee taking care of the order thinks to send the breakfast sandwiches STILL FROZEN.
I don’t know if it’s laziness or pure negligence but at this point I’m just surprised at the lack of professionalism I understand Starbucks may not be your dream job but at least take pride in what ever it is you do.
