I placed a order for a couple wing boxes to enjoy while watching the NFL games this sunday. I literally lost my $ going this route. Food was so old we ate 2 wings and had to throw it all away. I feel bad for the kiddos they wanted some wings from KFC since they saw they where back on the menu and this is what we got. How does a restaurant serve this knowing how hard it can be for some familys to eat out.

Fodd quality nott good. chicken was dry as it had been cooked quite a while ago and sat under heat lamps. I would think 3 PM time frame chicken would be fresh and moist. It wasn’t. Fries were dark and burnt as they were double fried or grease needed to be changed, Probable both. The gal at the desk was very friendly. Restrooms were dirty and not acceptable.

Nice facility and friendly staff. Stopped for lunch and got the Matty Bowl. Would have liked more cheese curds but that’s more likely a company issue and not a local one. Still pretty good for a fast food poutine.

Ordered a fan favorite box. Half the fires it should have and they were brown like old grease or overcooked. Under Small pieces of chicken. Definitely not what the advertisement looked like at all. I showed her the difference and the lady said well I could give you more fries I guess. No customer service no apology for the discrepancy, and acted like she didn’t care. I got my money back and went to Hy Vee! Hy Vee had a Great meal great deal! Here is the difference hard to tell but the fries only filled half of the box. And the smallest leg and wing I ever seen.

I order food through the app. I get to the window and they say it’s going to take 45mins for your Mac N cheese why is the Mac N Cheese going to take so long?? Shouldn’t you guys already have some backs ups made?? Then I tried to cancel the order but it wouldn’t let me. I tried getting the attention of someone at the window for an extra 10mins. This location is horrible I’ll stick to the Euclid location like I should have!

Chicken is stale, old. Feels, looks, tastes like its yesterdays chicken, warmed up and passed out as if it was fresh. Definite not fresh. It’s been this same way every time I have visited in the last year. I don’t frequent KFC often but if it keeps passing out old chicken, I will find some other place with freshly cooked chicken like Pizza Ranch in Ames, Iowa.

Went today around 12:30 and grabbed a lunch bucket for kids. You’d think at that time food would be fresh right?
Get home leave it to kids to help themselves whilst I deal with other things ( dog being put to sleep today lots going on, and why kids out of school) The youngest comes down and says she is still hungry and lunch is icky. She is almost 4. I go upstairs and take a look. The biscuits are hard as rocks. Mac N cheese looks like they scrapped it from the bottom of the pan AND it was only half full. The extra crispy chicken that I asked for was pretty soggy. Seriously. My two teens ended up tossing away the little they had and opened some goldfish crackers.

Got severally sick from here last night. Thought the chicken tasted funny but was so hungry I continued to eat. Chicken was covered and I mean COVERED in grease. Won’t be ordering or coming back to this location
