Such a great spot!! Directions to this place were super easy. Parking is abundant. Coffees, Teas, Chai and more. Assorted pastry with gluten free options. May I suggest the gf chocolate chip copkie or the gf chocolate frosted brownies!! YUM!!
General store items, local farm fresh milk and frozen packaged pastas etc. Sitting area. Beautiful seasonal floral arrangements. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend and absolutely return.

Food was fantastic. I had a bacon egg and cheese sandwich on a croissant. Also got two double chocolate peanut butter cookies and a cherry cheesecake. The cheesecake I ate in almost one bite because it was just that tasty!

I’ve been going there regularly for the last year. I’ve had to return my breakfast sandwich almost every time because I ordered the English muffin extra, extra toasted and it never comes out that way. It’s barely toasted at all. One of my visits there, my friend ordered a breakfast sandwich and the lady at the counter asked how she wanted her egg cooked and when she replied over easy, she was told that they can’t do that due to food safety. When I ordered my breakfast sandwich I ordered the egg scrambled and was told that they can’t do that either because the egg has to be fully cooked. I had to tell her that a scrambled egg is fully cooked. The very next time we went there, we both ordered the egg sandwiches again but this time we weren’t asked how we wanted the eggs cooked, but I did ask that the English muffin to be extra, extra toasted. Upon receiving our egg sandwiches, my friend was happy to find her egg was cooked over easy. My sandwich was barely toasted and the egg was so under cooked that the yolk was all over the outside of the English muffin which totally contradicts what we were told about food safety the week before. Also be prepared to wait because they are very slow

The food is great. Awesome pastry selection, great bagels, good coffees but the hassle is not worth it. First, pulling in from the busy road then finding a parking spot. Then the line to order, and even if you order ahead of time on the phone it takes like 45 mins for it to be ready. If you order in person you feel rushed and then they take the next person and you have to squish in one little area to wait for it with 10 other people. They host cute fall weekends for kids but it gets sooooo busy you can’t really enjoy.

Employees have unprofessional & frankly inappropriate conversations. Management is uninformed & irrational. Both service & products aren’t up to par anymore. Since they are under new management, disrespectful to the name & reputation. Too bad, it was a good business

Phantom Farms has been a Cumberland staple since I was a kid. However, after it came under new management, the food has seriously gone downhill. It seems that they only care about milking their customers for all they’re worth. I ordered a Caesar wrap for $11.99 and the portion size was appalling. Attached is a picture of the wrap inside a sandwich bag, for reference. It was half the size of a wrap you can buy anywhere else in RI. For $11.99, I expected a lot more. So disappointing to see one of my favorite places cheap out like this. I don’t think I will be supporting this business anymore.

Very glad to see Phantom farms making a comeback! Although there are a few things from the original that I still miss, they’re doing a wonderful job with their new business model- which seems to be geared more towards family and kids!
Their new eating area is lovely and well made! And their cider is delicious!
A bit too much focus on the bougie trends like matcha and premium products- but perhaps that’s how things are now. I miss the old fashioned humble aesthetic it used to have. But overall a pleasant place to visit!

Phantom Farms truly must HATE their customers! The staff is consistently rude, arrogant, lazy and disengaged. Since their new ownership, I have had an unpleasant experience with their counter-staff each time I have visited to buy baked goods and coffee. They are impolite and unkind. They treat their customers so poorly…I don’t understand how they expect to stay in business? I have been a customer for over 30 years and have always loved PF for their great products and charming atmosphere. But, I will never return. I will no longer patronize a business that has contempt for me! Frankly, I sincerely hope they go out of business!

A beautiful farm shop with a unique seating area. The place gets packed in the morning for breakfast and runs out of bagels so fast. We went here for coffee and bagels in the morning. Everything is fresh and tasty. They do have sandwiches as well, you can get custom made sandwiches too. Apart from the breakfast, I have added a few pictures of different kinds of merchandise that they offer in their shop as well.

I visited Massachusetts for the first time with my family, and a local friend had recommended me this place! I was very pleased with the visuals as they were very pretty. I was recommended the pumpkin spice latte, which I usually don’t like, but I was pleasantly surprised by the taste and quality! The worker who served it up was extremely friendly too, I think their name was Men! I’ll definitely have to come back to try a lunch sandwich!
