Hi, I been coming to this Little Casears this year and never had issue with anyone but not till today. See I experienced poor customer service to the two ladies that work today on 03/01/26. I get I use to work for Little Casears and I get it, it can be busy. I have patience and sympathetic to Little Casears employees. What was poor about this customer service is when I’m calling for help at the front counter I’m being ignored. Not only that when I asked for a little bit of perm I was meant with attitude, she said “ that’s the way it comes and I gotta take other orders.” And left me at the counter and I couldn’t even get a word in to her. It was customer that previous left out with her food and cuss the employee out. At first I thought she nuts for talking to them like trash but now I see why. Can this be corrected at this location? I do like coming here because it’s closer to home but I’ll go somewhere else next time.

I didn’t have any problems with service and my order was ready on time but there is something wrong with their food. The pizza is just off. It tastes like they ran out of ingredients and were using Walmart cheese or something. It didn’t taste right and didn’t look like it melted the way it should. I know it’s Little Caesars, it’s not gourmet food. My bar is pretty low for the world’s cheapest pizza, but this was terrible. Never again.

I purchased a pizza from this location, they sold me a pizza so old it was stuck to the box. I called in talked to a manger said she would handle it cool and did but the replace hot and ready didn’t even have pizza sauce on it. Won’t return

The food is little Caesars, the problem is ever getting it at this location.
Come in an hour after the Lions game started and there’s only 2 people waiting in the lobby and 3 people working and hot and ready’s sitting in the warmer and they go we aren’t taking any orders sorry.

Please check your food thoroughly before coming here. After ordering from here several times and getting sick, I said something to the manager, after I noticed the food was being given to me while it was still raw. She immediately apologized and had them redo my entire order and explained that from now on I had to specify how cooked I wanted the pizza. I tried to explain that I wasn’t being a Karen and the dough was still raw, but she wasn’t interested in hearing what I had to say (there was a lot going on so I didn’t push the issue.) Not sure it’s worth coming here anymore because I can’t trust them to cook a pizza.

Frustrated with the quality and consistency of the food. 1 out of every 3 pretzel crust pizzas I order are just shamefully thrown together, barely sauced and overcooked. I guess it’s my fault for not checking when I pick up but it’s disappointing when one order is picture perfect/tastes incredible and then the next order is barely edible.

I work in the area and eat pizza from here at least once a week maybe twice classic pizza, hot and ready and over the past few months. The quality of the pizza has gone down drastically don’t know what’s changed but I won’t be going to this store anymore pizza always has a few slices with no cheese on it at all and burnt used to come here because they had the best pizza went from a 10 to a 1 in a few months if it’s new management they need to go if it’s new cooks they need to go.

Been coming here for decades. 80% of the time the pizza and breadsticks are good. A lot better than the location on Eureka that’s for sure. Older lady has been there since I can remember. She always makes things right if something is messed up.
