This Pizza Hut always does a great job to meet my needs on orders as well as strive to ensure that the pizza is always on time after ordering, Unfortunately, at this time they had a big dinner rush, which is understandable. But I believe his name is Bryson? Was very respectful, As well as apologetic about the order only being a couple minutes late. It’s the good characters like him in that place that make me continue to order because it’s the only place that does it right. Let’s get this guy a raise?

I made a order online and I did not receive it. It said that it was delivered, but there was no pizza I had to call Twice and talked to two different people to actually get some kind of help. Finally, I spoke with the GM and he told me that he would remake my food. Also add a 2 L soda. it took 50 minutes for me to actually get my order. So when I finally Receive my food it was not correct. I had to run after the driver and let him know. This is not the correct food then he realized that he gave me the wrong order so when he gave me the correct food, I Did not have all the toppings that I requested and I did not receive the 2 L soda That the GM initially added to the order for the inconvenience, which really wasn’t enough. I spent $43 with them. I see next time I will just order from Domino’s

We had a nice lunch at Pizza Hut Sunday after church. The dining room was open but the tables were sparse… a leftover situation from C19. They were training a new member of the staff. He was getting the hang of it. It was a pleasure to have him serve us. We are looking forward to more Pizza Huts opening the dining room again, putting the tables and chairs back and offering that Friday/Saturday family night out experience.

9/9/25 Service here is terrible and extremely slow no matter what method you order. This location is known to mess up orders and/or forget parts of your order- hence I stopped coming here. Turns out You have to come inside a physical store to place an order in order to use a online promo code because Pizza Hut app has some disconnection with promo codes from companies that they partner with -they work absolutely fine in Pizza Hut app but somehow not in the Pizza Hut store. So I Placed the order on the phone as I was otw- quoted “15min” and come inside after 30min and 1 little flat cheese bread is not ready ? Called 716 and left 749p. You need to hired enough staff to handle your service area efficiently. 1 manager and 1 staff isn’t working at night-This is one of the rare few original hut buildings. The wait times are extremely absurd when placing online. I literally only ordered this because the coupon. I’ve wasted close to an hour between 2 pizza huts. The flatbread was good (a flat pizza) but honestly I wouldn’t pay over 5$- you can get a medium pizza somewhere for 6.99.

Ordered delivery & the food was not prepared well whatsoever. No buffalo sauce on the buffalo chicken pizza. Pepperoni lovers pizza did not have enough pepperoni for it being named “pepperoni lovers pizza”. Breadsticks weren’t even cut – just a block of bread. I had to use my own pizza cuter at home to cut them. The bbq wings we got – half of them weren’t covered in sauce. Spent over $60 just to be unsatisfied with every part of our order. Highly disappointed in the quality of care we received with our order from Pizza hut.

I ordered food at 8 PM, and it was supposed to be here by 8:35 PM. It didn’t show up until 9:40 PM, and it was cold and gross. The DoorDash driver even said they couldn’t find my order when she went to pick it up. I basically threw away $28 on food I couldn’t even eat.

Excellent pizza. Looked picture perfect. Tasted amazing. Service was pleasant. Atmosphere wasn’t bad but the music was a bit loud for the dining area. It’s great Pizza Hut allows dining in again. Sure would be nice if they created a slightly better environment. Pizza Hut is one of the 3(?) places that offer a dine in option but is by far the best pizza.

Never will I ever order here again. After fixing my children & husband’s plate, I sat down to eat a piece of boneless chicken and it started to feel extremely chewy. I looked down & this is what I saw. RAW chicken. My husband called the manager & he offered a refund after FIRST denying that he & his employees sent out raw chicken. Then secondly, only offered a refund for the 8-piece as if anyone would be able to eat anything else once you’ve consumed raw meat. Really unsatisfied & praying my children & husband doesn’t get sick.

Update August 2019: Took advantage of a credit the store gave me for bad pizza. It showed up fast and was well made. Nothing amazing but no complaints either, add one star. More like slackng shack than pizza hut. Over the last year we have had several poorly and/or incorrectly crafted pizzas, toppings carelessly dumped in piles or undertopped (see photos, all 4 pieces are supposed to have the SAME toppings). I’ve called corporate and they just send free pizza coupons but this store never gets better and they’re the only ones who deliver to my house. I also ordered the cookie pie and they sent the brownie instead. I love pizza hut but I guess I’ll have to learn to love Papa John’s.
