I ordered on the Panda Express app. The app was easy to navigate. I like the fact that you can add a gift card in the payment section. I got a text that my order was ready. My order was ready 8 minutes ahead of schedule. I got the Honey Walnut Shrimp. The shrimp was tasty and so was the Chow Mein. The staff was friendly and efficient.

Smallest portion I’ve seen. 3 stems of broccoli took up most of the serving. These stems were so hard they couldn’t be pierced with a fork nor could they be eaten.
Also ordered fried rice. This was crunchy so could benefit a longer time cooking. Overall disappointing food.

do I even need to say it? it’s a Panda Express. you know the service is bad. you know the food is WAY overpriced. the special thing about this place is you will wait forever for ANYTHING. at least the other Panda Express locations will get it to you fast. This place has zero interest in a sense of urgency. NEVER go here in a rush.

We went through the drive through and waited for over 15 minutes, placed our to go order in a bag and then proceeded to take an order at the counter making us wait another 5 minutes and when we went to pay we attempted to use a gift card which couldn’t be used due to their “system” not working. by the time we got the food it was warm at best. Disappointing to say the least.

I went to Panda Express yesterday and I was impressed. The food was delivered fast and friendly. I was delicious and filling. I ate half for lunch and the other half for dinner. The customer service was wonderful and the food was cooked fresh and because the kitchen is open, I could see my food prepared.

I got 4 orders of the sesame chicken 2 over rice 2 with noodles and got home and there was very little chicken just tiny little pieces like the bottom of the bowl. Thats very unusual we eat there alot but considering our meals were close to $45 I would love to have gotten my money’s worth.

Every single time I’ve gone to this location (a little under 10) they have always forgotten at least one item. Today we were the only ones in line and they still forgot an item in our order. I’m normally very forgiving because food service can be a difficult task but it’s every single time for them.

I love Panda express but this has to be the worst location in the US. They never have portions available and if they do, they look like they are a day old. Staff is rude when you ask them is they are making fresh batches. Will not be coming back to this location and will be making a complaint with Panda corporate

I ordered a kid’s beef and broccoli meal, a teriyaki grill chicken bowl, chicken egg roll, and veggie springs. The food was warm. The rolls had good flavor. The teriyaki grill chicken no longer comes with the teriyaki sauce on the meat, so it’s dry unless you add the packet of teriyaki sauce, but it was good. Can’t speak on the kid’s meal yet, because she didn’t eat it. I would return, but maybe eat inside.
