The best gluten free pizza around!! Great service! Everyone was super friendly! Plenty of parking both on street and off street. There’s even a game room for the kids!

We went for my Birthday! They gave me a free shot and cheesecake for dessert. They also said there was a gift card, but we never received that. Salad was awesome, soup wasn’t very warm. My husband had fish which was good and hot, mash potatoes were cold. Drinks were very good. We may go back for my husbands birthday!

Absolutely un happy with our order. Waited over an hour for our taco pizza. I understand it is a friday night, but the quality of the pizza was terrible! Majority of the pizza is burnt. Half of the pizza is thick crust and other side is thin. That would be nice if thats what you asked for. I obviously didn’t. You can tell they just threw it together. There is absolutely no toppings on the pizza. We managed to choke down 2 piesces, but the rest is just sitting in the box. Tried for over 30 mins to call and complain, but no answer.

We ordered 2 burgers, and being 1/2#, they were prepared medium well and medium…..well the medium well well done, no juice/red or flavor!
This was addressed with the waitress and she didn’t apologize, said said she’ll talk with the cook.
Additionally, we went to the bar to get our second round of drinks because nobody came back and asked how the food was and see if we needed anything.
Lastly, we were interrupted, and asked if we wanted to pay while we were still eating…. really.
They need better training on how to address customer needs and not disregard what keeps their doors open.

We waited 2 hours for food because they forgot to put our ticket in. They compensated us by giving us $6 off and they took the sodas off, only 2 of the 5 people were drinking soda. I got a sandwhich which was ok, but the homemade chips are terrible, neither of us who got the chips ate them. So my first time going to Otter Creek will definitely be my last.

Chile was great, menu said $2 to add sweet potato fries, they charged $3 and I got 12 small fries. They charge 50cents ea topping for chile. That’s just wrong. Wrap was more lettuce than anything else.

Came in on a busy Friday night, Ordered the “hangover” from the new menu(amazing upgrade from previous) which included a pizza and boneless wings. The cook on the handmade pizza was very well-done, crispy flavorful crust with toppings and cheese that tasted even better. The boneless wings and choice of dipping sauces with heat values rated were icing on the cake.

Super friendly service and great food. We had some pretty awesome cheese curds as an app and I had the Club sandwich and my husband had the Philly. Both were amazing. Was our first time eating here and will definitely be back 🙂

We used to love Otter Creek, it was a staple restaurant we would visit frequently. The last few times the wait time has been ridiculously long. Last time it was two of us, sat at the bar. The bartender apologized for the delay, gave us a free drink, said they had a fryer down (on a fish fry Friday). Tonight we tried it again. Over an hour and a have wait for food is not acceptable. The waitress apologized and said that the “to go” orders are taken and booked intermixed on ten minute intervals. WHAT?!? So the patrons are left in the restaurant waiting…..not right at all!!! If I wanted to wait over an hour and a half for food, I would have gone to a local supper club (and Rome would still have not taken as long)!!! Not acceptable, in our opinion, to make “to go” orders a priority. Your poor wait staff is suffering and you are losing loyal customers!!!!
