First time trying this place @ the mall. Did not have the scallops in the bag option, but we made it work. The food was good, there was a wait to get the food, took a little longer than we were told and two tables that sat after us got their food before us. The service was good, shout out to our server, Milli & the key-lime pie was amazing.

An okay seafood place with a decent variety of items to choose from. I got shrimp, class and sausage, all the things I love. I messed up and didn’t shake the bag to mix everything up, so not everything got all the seasoning. I asked for level 3 which is supposed to be fire. It tasted very mild to me. The shrimp seemed small. As did the clams. The sausage was my favorite part.

The service was great. Explained everything while giving her honest opinion. It helped me decide on what to get.

The lights were turned down too much for my liking.

I will return at least one more time to see if I can get the boil more spicy.

I really enjoyed the food. The presentation was good. The smell was savory. The seasoning was great. The King Crabs are not from Alaska. Therefore, I was offended by still being charged Alaskan prices for off brand King Crab clusters. I would return to dine here again. P.S. They give Veterans a discount!

Decent spot for a seafood boil. Was seated immediately on a weekday afternoon so not too busy. Ordered the seafood boil bag and gumbo. Both was good and comparable to other chain seafood boil spots. The gumbo was great though, just wished there was more rice with it. I also ordered boiledl eggs with my bag but never received them. The waitress did take the extra $ off the bill. They could do better with customer service, felt like we always had to flag her down as she was passing by to other tables to get something.

The food here is priced extremely well!! They have a ton of specials going on! 1.99 for margaritas! We had Milli as our server and she was extremely kind and friendly and let us know about all the specials! 10 out of 10 recommend coming to try this place out if you haven’t!

We might have gone on an off night…but our meal was super disappointing. I had really dry and disappointing crab legs. The peel and eat shrimp were okay though. The flavor was there so it was really just the quality of the seafood that was such a let down. I barely got a bite of crab out of the whole boil. The other food was all very obviously freezer to fryer fast food. None of it made in house. Chicken, fries, mozzarella sticks…etc. Fries were undercooked. Service was okay. Not welcoming or really friendly but not rude. I wouldn’t recommend this place and wouldn’t drop another $200 bucks here… althoughit was very clean, great location, and ambiance was nice. Bummed this didn’t work out as we were really looking forward to this visit and it was my son’s birthday dinner. ‍♀️

Overall a good value. I have to say tho that none of the foods really have any taste at all until you add one of their butters or seasonings. We ordered with butter and seasonings on the side. (At home we use old bay seasoning. There’s nothing better than snow crab legs that are so tender and sweet all on their own.) we got a snow crab legs/shrimp combo and a blue crab legs combo. They come with red potatoes and corn on the cob. Corn on the cob was mushy, just like any other places that does a boil. We enjoyed the meals after dipping in garlic butter or Cajun (mild) butter. Decent drink prices as well. We will be back after this learning experience. Oh, employees were friendly and on spot. Also, weirdly, when we came in they were playing hiphop. Some beach tunes with this atmosphere would be much better. They did switch out to a popular music trac a bit later.
