Disappointing food and service. I’ve came to pick up my wings here a handful of times and each time they were so dry with barely any sauce. I specifically called once after I placed my order and asked for the wings to be extra wet – only for me to pick them up and they make them the exact same.

They opened this spot not too long ago and i couldn’t be happier. I personally love bdubs but im always doubtful about the “to go” spots cause lets be honest food is always better when served right away. However the food has been really great the couple times my fiance and I have ordered. Wings could use a little more sauce but that would probably be my minor complaint. Burger was great. Staff could be a little more helpful and welcoming as well. I went in once and took them a good 3mins to even notice i was in there lol they were working btw not like they were goofing off. Overall great spot

Food comes out fast and hot, better than in the restaurant that is nearby. I’m able to pick up my phone ahead order and have it home on the table before it cools!
Tho’ there are intervals when parking is quickly crowded but the good thing is it ebbs and flows as people come and go with orders.

It’s a good place either to order and go or also you can dine in and enjoy time with friends and family . Food was cooked fresh and juicy wings . Fresh fries . The whole crew was really nice and attentive. Deff would come back to get me some wings!!

Food was made really well. However, I ordered through the app for pick up and got two different orders of wings 20 medium boneless and 20 medium boneless wings with 4 different sauces. Yet I received 40 wings of medium boneless wings and unfortunately didn’t realize till I got home from picking it up (maybe my fault for trusting they got it correct). Each time I tried to call to get my order to be fixed nobody picked up the phone. Really disappointed in this as I was extremely excited to have this establishment pop up where I live.

I must’ve been wasting this girl’s time because she was curt and not very helpful. Didn’t have a smile or even a somewhat friendly face. Not everyone frequents places like this, this was my first time here and didn’t know the menu so of course I was slow on the menu trying to figure what I wanted and whatnot. Sorry for being a customer. The only reason I went there was because I was given a gift card. I wouldn’t have given a review but how am I gonna watch you packing celery and carrots for future orders and when I get home with mine, no veggies? I’ll make sure to spend the rest of my giftcard at a different location. I never want to be a burden.

Online clearly states that they honor bogo free bone In wings on Tuesdays for rewards members, instead of the bogo 50% off for non-reward members.
Both the employees and the managers told me no, that it was online orders only. Online it says differently. Not a big deal but kinda bogus. Other than that, nice service. All other locations honor bogo free for rewards members.

I love coming to B-Dubs Go when I’m craving wings! The order was ready right on time, everything was hot and fresh, and the sauces were spot-on (Mango Habanero and Asian Zing are my favorites). Staff was super friendly and made dinning really easy. Great option if you want Buffalo Wild Wings flavor without the sit-down wait!

Love coming here, come out this way from Melrose park but it’s worth the 45minute drive. Wings are always fresh, good customer service, and always greeted with kindness. Thank you b dubs for going out of your way and making my order fresh .
