At Noble Argentinian Steakhouse, we bring the true essence of an Argentinian parrilla to Charlottesville, Virginia. We focus on serving authentic grilled meats and traditional dishes, prepared with respect for our heritage and premium ingredients. We welcome the Charlottesville community to experience our distinct flavors. From Argentina’s vast northern plains, where meat embodies culture and respect for the land and table, an ideal was born. This vision crossed borders, finding a new home in Charlottesville, where slow fire continues to tell its stories. That’s how Noble was born; our name itself is a promise we extend to you with every dish.

As good as it gets! The vibes are perfect inside. The smell from the kitchen is subtle and pleasant. The dim lighting and music created a great atmosphere. The service was some of the best we’ve had in town. Our waiter was very attentive and cheerful the whole time. He made sure we had everything we needed. Food came out quickly too. I had a NY Strip steak which was delectable. Very tender and juicy with a Smokey flavor throughout the meat. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxed night with upscale dining.

Best steak I have ever had, hands down. The atmosphere was perfect and the staff were all friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The food was excellent and the wine matched perfectly with the food. Dulce de leche cheesecake was perfect. I dont give out a lot of 5/5 reviews but this place is absolutely amazing. Only thing I would change is allow people to order 2 chorizos instead of 1 chorizo and 1 blood sausage (not a fan of blood sausage haha). But overall, best steakhouse I have ever dined at. Will definitely be telling people to go here and will definitely be going back.

Having been drawn to Noble by a desire for a perfectly prepared steak in Charlottesville, I was quite pleased with my experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and the attention to detail was readily apparent. The empanadas were a particular highlight, evoking a sense of nostalgia for homemade treats from my childhood. The wine selection was thoughtfully curated to complement the menu. Our server, Leandro, provided outstanding service from beginning to end. The NY strip was cooked to perfection, beautifully seasoned, and the skirt steak, a delightful surprise, was of a quality I had not encountered elsewhere in Virginia. The desserts, especially the Dulce de Leche Cheesecake and the flan, were simply divine. I offer my best wishes for continued success to Noble!

What a marvelous experience and delicious dinner. The vibe was cozy and intimate. I highly recommend the provoleta and the butter with the steak. Everything was scrumptious. The bread that comes with the provoleta is the softest, tastiest roll you’ve ever had. The steaks have amazing flavor. (We had the butter) Dulce de Leche cheesecake was also good. Special place!

Very crowded dining area. You’re sitting right next to other guests, sharing a long bench seat on one side. The entire restaurant is pretty smoky, they do have a ventilation system but you can see how it’s not adequate with all the smoke, especially as you walk upstairs to use the single restroom. They are extremely slow. We had to flag down our waiter for our next course, on each course. They have a nice selection of bourbons and whiskeys for cocktails. The Malbec could have been better. The NY strip temperature was proper, but was a cheap cut of meat with that seemed dry on the exterior. I wouldn’t go back, it took two full hours… Oh I forgot, the beef beef empanada tasted like beef stew but the chicken was delicious!

Absolutely wonderful evening both times we’ve visited! You must try both the asado accompaniment with your steak (I recommend the skirt steak) and the tableside tiramisu when you go there. I also loved the proveleta, sweet potato fries, and cauliflower mash.

It was a beautiful Saturday night, too hot to be outside, so we were seated inside. The atmosphere is sophisticated and fancy. Service absolutely excellent.
I ordered Morcilla and the other sausage – beautifully cooked.
Also Eggplant Escabiche , I just have one suggestion- partially peel the eggplant- it’s prettier and you don’t get so much skin.
My dear friend on the other hand was not as lucky- Veal Milanese was completely overcooked and tough. The waiter had a lame excuse that it’s Fried- that’s why. I would have sent it back…
For dessert we got Dulce de Leche Cheesecake- again someone kept it in the oven too long. Cheesecake is supposed to be creamy and moist and mouthwatering , this was cold and hard.
But I guess these are the kinks of a new kitchen.

Loved it!! The food, drinks, and service was amazing! Leo at the bar is super knowledgeable and was great to talk to. We got the tabla Argentina, empanadas, and ñoquis. My tummy was happy. Can’t wait to go back and try the steak (and probably everything else)

We had a truly excellent dinner here. All of the food from appetizers, to main courses, sides and desserts were delicious. The ribeye steak was the most tender and tasty steak I think I have ever eaten. Our server was truly professional, knowledgable, attentive and not pushy. My only recommendations are they should add a little more lighting so it is easier to read the menu and see one’s food better, and to provide cloth knapkins. Other than those minor things it was the best meal I have had in Charlottesville in a very long time!
