I came in on sunday evening and Sheri was our Sandwich maker, she did nothing but complain about how busy it was and being short handed. and stated the customers were “bitching” a about protein wraps so they were going away with them because we wanted to customize ours and wasn’t aware we couldn’t. There were only three customers and was the worst customer service ever.

I ordered through doordash and my sandwich arrived made with the wrong bread and they put lettuce on my sub when I didnt order it and dont like it and no spinach which is what I ordered. I called prior and asked if they had spinach and black olives in stock and the lady who answered, answered rudely mind you, said they were in stock which is why I ordered.

Allorah and Tiffany are both very nice and will make sure your food is as you want it! The tables were clean. The artist cooler was organized and clean with prepped food. All items were accounted for and the service was very pleasant.

Was REALLY in the mood for an avocado sandwhich. So I doordash from here a foot long sub with ham, mayo, peppers, cilantro, and paid extra for the avocado. It arrived with barley any mayo, onions, no peppers, and NO avocado. I paid extra and it was LITTERALLY the whole point of the sandwhich. As a pregnant woman with cravings-my night feels ruined.

I love waiting 10 minutes in line to be acknowledged just to be told they’re out of basically every meat. Definitely dont have better things to do with my time. Only thing better than this is the chicken sandwiches from the gas station food warmers around the aisle. Very impressive, very good customer service.

Terrible service. Waited 15 mins and they were out of everything. The guy had no idea how to make the sandwich. Machine wouldnt take my loyalty points, and he said its been acting up all day. Blamed everything on midshift, food was gross. Avoid.
