Ok so I’m not a taco bell fan for multiple reasons but this absolutely takes the cake. Don’t get me wrong. The customer service is OK but when it comes to food, it is absolutely utterly the worst. They always forget sauce. They can never get the order right and on top of that it looks like somebody just threw up and put a menu item name on it. Someone please tell me if this is a Mexican pizza from Taco Bell.

Went through drive through ordered taco bell, I was the only car in line, ordered $30 worth of food, had to wait 20 minutes on tacos and a Mexican pizza, got my food and went to check my order, as soon a I opened the bag, my pizza is out of the box, all over everything in the bag, nothing was right that I ordered. Place is ran by a kids that dont give a crap about customer service. Received no refund nor did they offer to remake anything.

Absolutely horrible. We ordered food for the whole family after house hunting since we were not close to home, and this was an unfamiliar location. I am beyond annoyed with the service I received. We sat at the window, waiting for our food for what felt like an eternity, with a cranky, hungry little one, just to find out when we finally got our food that EVERYTHING WAS WRONG. We ordered ground beef quesaritos, but they were all steak. We also ordered cantina chicken bowls with all the toppings on the side because we weren’t sure if we’d like everything in it, but of course, they didn’t package the toppings separately. She couldn’t even pick the avocado out of it, so she didn’t eat her food either. If we hadn’t realized this after getting home, we would have already gone back. Absolutely unbelievable!

We are consistently disappointed in this location. We almost always have things missing from our orders. Just went today and spent 7 dollars for the new Cinnabon delights which was the only reason my wife wanted Taco Bell. Get home to discover they have been left out. Hope they enjoy the free dessert I paid for.

On way to family vacation. Get hungry and there isn’t much to choose from in taylorsville to eat. Me. The wife. And out 15 month old daughter stopped at Taco Bell/kfc for lunch (to take to the local park and eat). We walked in and welcomed by the staff. They all said our daughter was so cute. We don’t eat fast food so they were very nice to give us some extra time to look at the menu. The food was good. Made fast.

We ordered four crunchy tacos, two cheese roll ups two lemonades and the total was over $16. We got the food home we live around the corner and all of the tacos were squashed flat and soft on the bottom with grease and with hardly any filling at all, not like other Taco Bell‘s. I’ve been to. Very disappointing as I’ve been to the same Taco Bell and the food was actually put together very well. Don’t think I’ll be coming back. The food would have to be a lot better for $16-$17 worth than it was today for sure.
