I ordered five pizzas from Little Caesars and drove 30 minutes home, only to open the boxes and find that every single pizza was completely misshapen and poorly made. The toppings were uneven, parts of the crust were crushed, and some slices weren’t even fully put together. It honestly looked like the pizzas had been thrown into the boxes without any care.
I called the store immediately, expecting them to make it right. Instead, I was told that if I wanted replacements, I would have to drive another 30 minutes back to the store — and they refused to offer a refund. That would mean a full hour round trip on top of the original drive, all because of their mistake.
Mistakes happen. I understand that. But refusing to refund or offer any reasonable solution after serving five poorly made pizzas is unacceptable customer service. When someone orders that much food and drives that far, you expect at least basic quality and accountability.
Very disappointed. I won’t be returning to this location.

Went by on the fourth day of the great snowstorm of 26 and was surprised to see they were open as most of Millington was still under 7″ of snow. Rocky deserves a raise as that man was doing it all. People were parking all over the place, drive thru was backed up and my food was hot, fresh and delicious! A++

Pizzas were great, Monica was a great help. Hannah was busy preparing orders, the store was well kept and very professional team. Will definitely be back with service and care like we were shown tonight.

I stopped like 2 minutes ago. I haven’t even looked at the pizza. I could really care less about the pizza. I stopped because it’s convenient and cheap so I don’t expect much in the first place. I gave 5 stars simply because the lady at the drive thru was very pleasant to deal with. Nothing out of the ordinary. I got a basic classic pepperoni pizza and I asked her for some parmesan cheese and she said of course with a big smile on her face and that really meant a lot. Seems like everybody these days has attitude and don’t want to do anything especially in the food and industry asking for anything extra. It’s already been a long day I’m tired I just want to get something fast to eat and go home and not deal with attitude to get it. I didn’t get her name and the only details I can provide was she was a shorter black lady probably in her 30s. Keep this lady around because this is the kind of people that keep you having customers! I used talk to text and I haven’t done any proofreading for this review so excuse me if it’s not easy to read.

I ordered delivery, and got a full selection: pizza, cheesey bread, chicken, and 6 cups of crazy sauce. Every single cup of crazy sauce came to me HALF FULL. The food was fine, and the delivery time was great, but I’m being shorted for the money I spend when what I order only comes to me HALF FULL.

The only reason I had put one star is because there is no stars to be given but that’s not a choice these people don’t answer their phone I have called six different times within a half an hour about my pizza being wrong there was too much sauce and I asked for lite sauce because of my stomach disorder and the cheese wasn’t cooked all the way on the pizza but nobody wants to answer their phone to fix it. I have been going here for a VERY long time now. I live in the Bartlett area, so there are quite a few other little caesars locations. I have tried all of these little caesars out here numerous times, I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt but the customer service is always terrible, I get so much anger and animosity from every employee, the pizzas are always burnt or dried out, and I just leave every time annoyed that I’m giving these locations my money. So I decided to drive the 45 minutes one time to the Millington location and have YET to be disappointed (it’s been a year and I have enjoyed every single pizza). The staff is always prompt and happy to serve which is really hard to find in the food industry. I don’t know why other people rate them so low, but compared to the other locations this is the only location I will give my money to. I will choose to drive the 45 minutes one way EVERY time instead of the locations 5 minutes down the road from meI love this location.

They stopped making pizza 45 mins before closing so they could leave as soon as they closed! Thats bad business. They wouldn’t make a simple cheese pizza, nothing. I get cleaning up but all companies allow atleast 30 mins past closing time for that! She was Rude and just being Lazy imo.
