Person at drive thru was not very friendly or nice. Requested extra sauce because my last one seemed like it had no sauce! This wasn’t much better even with the requested extra. There was also some sort of hair on one of the pieces can’t really see in the pics though

I had ordered from pizza hut on doordash. I got my food delivered and there was hair in my food. I felt very unsatisfied and not valued as a customer. If you ever order from pizza hut never get the chicken alfredo. I also have a job as a door dasher, so I know specifically not to touch anything inside the bag where the food is.

It is classic Pizza Hut. If you like it then enjoy. This is not a pizza review. My favorite is medium Pan crust , extra cheese- Golden, half ham & pineapple; because that is my son’s favorite. We miss the pretzels crust topping.
At this location – Drive thru Tealia – learning the ropes but with a big smile and making sure the order was right made the wait no problem for me. I have not been disappointed from this place for good service. Food is consistent every time. Love that!! Plain chicken wings are so good too!

Pizza was fresh hot and fast. The delivery person, however, must have carried it on his side as all the toppings slid off of one side of the pizza and bunched up in the opposite end of the box. I spread it all back around but one of the ingredients was only supposed to be on half the pizza and therefore ended up on everybody’s a slice. I would chalk this up to a delivery issue however it still greatly affected the quality of my pizza. Not acceptable

AVOID THEM AT ALL COST. Perhaps the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Genuinely sad as I was not rude, just asked if there was an update on my pizza as it had been over an hour and was repeatedly placed on hold for over 5 minutes each time. Food never came. Unacceptable.

Don’t order from here. I placed an order today and when I went to pick it up, no one was working and the store was locked. No one answered the phone. They took my money, though. I was not the only person this happened to. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Placed at order at 6:30 for pick up at 7:20. My son got there there to pick up and his name was not even on the board so he went inside. Luckily I did not pay for the food when I called and placed the order because I read the horrible previous reviews. After waiting for 20 additional minutes I told him to leave. Will NEVER order from here again and we used to love their pizzas and cheese breadsticks

Ordered delivery from Pizza Hut directly, they sub contract with Door Dash for delivery. It said an hour which is more than fine on a Saturday evening. Two hours later we called to check on our order and kept getting sent to a call center where nobody helps you. Checked with door dash and they said the order was cancelled and there was nothing they could do since we didn’t order through them. About 20 calls later to the Grand Chute location and an infinite cycle of listening to recordings while on hold with the call center, no pizza, no refund. Ridiculous.

Stopped by to get carry out. Ordered online which was efficient, food was hot and ready in designated time offered, the restaurant was clean inside and out, staff was pleasant. In our order we found only one very small cup of marinara for a full box of cheese sticks which was cleary not enough dipping sauce for even half a box, which was very disappointing and we were shorted a wing. We called and they were good about the missing wing and comped us a credit for our next order as we lived so far away. It would be nice if their bone in wings weren’t so pricy, and they included at least two decent sized cups of dipping sauce for the bread and they had a few more meal option coupon deals which included items such as the bone in wings and cheesy breadsticks. In all the food was old school good Pizza Hut!!!

Found a hair in our pizza and our wings weren’t even the correct flavor and when I called to let them know, the “manager” said he had to do a “claim”. Then went on to ask some really strange questions like “did you call the police or fire department?” Why the heck would someone waste their time over a hair???
