We experienced an extremely friendly staff who pulled our order together very quickly. Our only ‘complaint’ with our experience here was the atmosphere. First, the carpet was very dirty and tired. It needs to be replaced as it’s beyond what a cleaning could do. Secondly, sharing space with Wendy’s, the overwhelming stench of fryer oil well past needing to be changed (if you’ve ever worked in food service, you know that smell) is extremely offensive. Spend enough time there and your clothes will pick up that overwhelming odor.

I pretty much gave up on the U.S. Tim Hortons locations a while back, because most had gone rubbish: out of donuts, cold coffee, filthy restaurants. But I had a real hankerin’ for a Double-Double, even though I was sure it would be cold, and they would be out of the Timbits my daughter wanted. HOWEVER, the Double-Double was PERFECT and they actually had the Timbit flavors we wanted. Fast, friendly service to boot, eh? They’re still roommates with Wendy’s (even though they’re married to Burger King). Looks like this location was fixed up recently, including new signage.

I came here a while ago out of curiosity, because I had never been to one and a Canadian friend of mine told me the brand had gone down hill. He was right. I got a box of Timbits and they had to be some of the most overly sweet and Vile donut holes I have ever had. The coffee tastes like spite and scorn. The only thing halfway Decent was the service. I told my friend I went here and he said “Why?!”.

You don’t understand how OBSESSED with Tim Horton’s I am. I haven’t had Tim Horton’s in over 2 years, but luckily I was visiting the area and found this gem on the side of the road. If you’ve never had an Ice Cap from this establishment – it will change your life. It is a frozen coffee with thick whip on top. If you’re looking for food – the chipotle chicken wrap never disappoints. The only downside is that this location does not carry maple donuts (which I find odd as it is Canada’s speciality and they are a Canadian coffee shop). On the bright side, you can’t go wrong with the coffee whether it’s warm, iced, or frozen. I’m so in love with it I ordered 2 in 1 visit. Thought about applying just for the coffee

Their drive through was extremely fast! Got my breakfast almost as soon as I pulled up to the window. Staff seemed a little short tempered, but were still fast and accurate.

Very disappointing, I go to the Tim. Hortons in Troy fell in love with the b. E! L. T on 12 grain bagel and I go to this one in Monroe and they’ve got 3 bagels to choose from none of them healthy. So that was disappointing, and I’ll also say that Wendy’s is in that same building, and that is the worst Wendy’s, I have dealt with the management attitude and there is absolutely horrendous so I’m just gonna stay away from that building.

This was my 1st time trying on “TIM HORTONS”. I order hot shake with some muffin which was good in taste and fresh. Maybe soon I’m going to try more of there drinks and food.
