The food is good, with generously sized tacos and several options to choose from. I really enjoy their aguas frescas, which also come in a wide variety. The tacos de asada are full of flavor, and the torta is a good size as well. The location is quite spacious, with plenty of tables even for large groups. It’s usually busy but the wait time is reasonable.
However, I believe their customer service could improve. When I placed my order, I clearly requested one item to go and the others to dine in. When my order was ready, everything was packed to go. The woman handing me the order seemed bothered when I asked for plates, claiming the order was marked “to go.” I had my disabled father with me, who could only eat properly with plates. I shouldn’t have had to explain this to get better service. When she finally gave me the plates, she rolled her eyes and almost threw them at me

The food here is actually pretty good solid 4 to 5 stars. Fresh, flavorful, and worth trying for the food alone.
Unfortunately, the experience is completely ruined by the cashier’s customer service, which is by far the worst part of this place. Rude attitude, zero professionalism, and no basic courtesy toward customers. It genuinely feels like you’re bothering them just by ordering.
Good food doesn’t excuse bad service. Customer service matters, and this place seriously needs to address it.
I’d come back for the food — but only if the service improves.

Ive been coming here since I was a child and it still remains an amazing place. The food is delicious, the conchas are super soft (get them fresh out the oven), and the servers are efficient and great. Shout out to Laura at cashier for being friendly and helpful!
