I try to ride every Saturday to a diner somewhere in or around the North Country. I visited the Town Talk in Copenhagen on 30 June 2018. Talk about a cute LITTLE place. It’s about the size of a dining room and a living room put together in an average house. But that’s its charm. This was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. Very nice, relaxed atmosphere. The cook (did not catch her name) was exceedingly friendly and made me a fine omelet. There were a few patrons that appeared to be regulars. I would definitely visit again. If you want a quiet, relaxing experience, head to the Town Talk.
