I had asked for a number one with cheese, they ended up giving me just a cheeseburger so they took it back and gave me the correct order along with an extra side of fries. Yes they messed up but I understand mistakes happen and they apologized and made up for it. That’s how every establishment should work.

Very clean , and well maintained. I’ve had issues in other stars with some intercoms not working. The staff was patient to receive our order on the last minutes before they closed. I’m satisfied and reccomend visiting this place , food was delicious as well.

Not once in years have they gotten my order wrong. The one time I thought they did I was the one that was wrong and if you like cheese, they always make sure your order is warm with really good melted cheese unlike other restaurants that give you a burger with cold cheese.

I am very disappointed in this store with the customer service they have given me. This has been by far the best place for me to get desserts, but today they weren’t serving ice cream at 6:00pm. To add to that they didn’t have no chicken meat available with no signs of shortage of food. Thank you stars…

It is very frustrating when I order something, it doesn’t get brought out to me & they look at me like I’m trying to steal & they ask for my receipt. It’s a simple order. I tip well for service. I just ask that I get better service when I go there. If I say something is missing from my order, which happens often, I expect to be believed. I have no reason to lie over a $3 drink.
