Just bought a generally large order: 1 large pepperoni, 2 of their slices and sticks with pepperoni puffs and 2 20 ounce sodas, and I didn’t tip. This is big for me because I have tipped everywhere since I was in my teens, which is 10+ years. The food was slightly lower quality, but acceptable. Back in 2015 I called in an order for 3 large deep dish pizzas and I was living with my single mother and her 8 and 10 year olds whom I baby sat while she was at work and I took care of them otherwise, I worked when she was home and I bought groceries and clothes for the kids and such. Well, I didn’t have a car, so we had to walk two miles to get the pizzas. A very shady looking man in his 50’s with an unkempt beard was the only one in the shop and he gave me a very weird attitude and said, “Well, you’re gonna have to eat it.” When we got home I saw that there was semen dropped in the middle of several pepperonis and baked into the pizza. It happened so fast and didn’t quite click what it was, but I ate my whole pizza and the kids ate their whole pizzas with the semen baked on. It traumatized me but I never told the kids. Anyways, the pizzas today had the cheese kind of falling off, not really covering the whole slices, the slices were cut so some pieces were smaller than the rest, but it was apparent that the young adults who made them tried. Moral of the story is that today my pizzas were acceptable for the price, and there was no semen on them. I’ll probably take that secret to my grave. And, it wasn’t something I realized immediately or I would have called the cops. You would hope that when you buy food and pay for it you shouldn’t have to quarantine the food and call the police. I looked after the kids until they were old enough to look after themselves and then joined the Marine Corps. They are both well today, and my mother is as well.

Came in to pick up a DoorDash and waited almost 30 mins for an order that was supposed to be ready when I arrived. Two employees were sitting in the back just talking. Another customer came in and tried to order food and was told they could only order pepperoni or cheese because they were closing in an hour? Horrible service. The owners should really reconsider who they have running their store, definitely won’t be in business long if this keeps up. All the comments seem to be the same.

We had ordered online and not only was an item missing, the Italian bread that was ordered was cut poorly. In addition, it was burnt and its lid was smashed in on it. Our other pizza with that bread, both were pretty bare on some spots (just bread essentially). I get it’s somewhat “cheap” fast food but thay quality falls well under a normal standard. When we tried to call the store, not one person answered, both times we called. Not likely to visit this location in the future.

Although the guy that worked there was a very nice gentleman he seemed to work hard and he seemed to do his job well apparently this is their idea of a supreme I do not know if it’s him or the policy that he has to follow here are the pictures it’s a sad sad Pizza. Please, kindly put a seal on your doordash orders. I hate delivering unsealed food only for the customer to look at me suspiciously like I tampered with their meal.
I requested the employee to put a sticker on the pizza box and he said, “there is a sticker” pointing to the receipt on top of the box. I don’t mean that one, I mean the tamper evident sticker that proves I delivered the food the same way I got it from restaurant. Your customer deserves to enjoy their delicious, expensive food with confidence and assurance of safety. Most restaurants seal delivery foods except this one.
I hope Washington can adopt the California law that forces restaurants to seal foods that are meant for third party deliveries (California AB 3336).

Honestly worst experience ever. At this point just fire your crew that was working on 11/02/2025 on the evening shift and start over. Ordered on line waited 10 min past pick up time. Went in to see what was going on. They said my order was nxt. Waited another 18min inside . My odrer was waiting on the crazy puffs ( they for got to put them to cook) my other 2 pizzas and bread just sat on the counter and got cold. The staff is more concerned about break and socializing then doing their jobs.

Few weeks ago went in fer couple pizzas, employees were in the back just talkin away, nobody came up front, so I went across the street to Tony’s Big Cheese pizza, went in today, called in for 13 pizzas, one was a specialty pizza, well wound up just giving me a regular pepperoni, when I asked what happened the young man just smiled an said they didn’t have the type of pepperoni for that pizza, I said I bet you charged me for the specialty he said yes, we added afew extra peices of regular pepperoni to one. An just smiling away, thinkin he was stoned, well definitely won’t be a 3rd visit, save your money an go across the street to Tony’s

Ordered online today wrong pepperonis and they smelt weird I don’t think they’re practicing safe food protocols pizza is so flat snd my Italian cheese bread wasn’t Italian no butter or seasoning 20$ for this bs the pizza in my freezer is better this is straight up laziness seriously look into a better staff this is now my 4th time having an issue here it’s not that hard to follow simple steps and make sure you serve someone something even you would eat right

Came here at 10:35, I’m writing this review at 10:43 , this location should be open as it says they close at 11 today is 10/14/25 not sure who is working but it was a young female and a young male I could see them the door was locked and I knocked several times considering they don’t close for 30 minutes right? Once I walked away the workers came out after thinking I was leaving I came back to try again and noticed them. I knocked multiple times and hard and they pretended they couldn’t hear me while laughing and smiling. Very disrespectful and rude.

Pizza is always ready! It comes fresh, hot and ready (like they say) and is always tasty. My kids enjoy it and love coming to this place. I love how they have a bouncy ball game, they entertain themselves! It has a little portal to collect pizzas if you ordered them online or by app and keeps it warm there. It’s very easy to use and tells you when it’s in the portal. I love this place!
